Rene,

I really like the product.  There are a few things
that I would like tweaked on it, but overall it is
definitely superior to anything I have seen.  It turns
out the corporate office at Aapex is in negotiations
with NYLX to provide this product for under $50 per
month.  I am looking to hear back about time frame.
If it is something that is not going to happen until a
year down the road, then I am definitely on board with
you.  If it is only a couple weeks away, then
obviously I am going to have to go away Aapex.
Hopefully I will hear something by the end of the day.

I found this lender will do 100% on a voe only product, in other words they go
by whatever is on the voe and is considered full do, but they will call and
confirm everything on the voe, the name of the co. is lender direct capital
corporation, www.ldcc.com, i hope this helps....

Hey all,

Have an old client of mine looking for a business loan.  I am looking
for an outlet for this because it may turn into a good size commercial

He is looking to buy an established restaurant that has been in

Just wanted to make a quick post. I agree with Tim on this one.
everyone needs to grow up a bit. it's not the end of the world.....at
