This is the private, members-only site of OCEMA, the Orange County Employment Managers Association.OCEMA is a non-profit professional organization that serves professionals in Human Resource activities that focus on attracting, recruiting, interviewing, selecting, deploying, developing, and moving talent. The group meets regularly to participate in professional development sessions, networking, and mutual resource sharing.
