Because all of the funding has been allocated, you wonder if they will go on a
construction blitz and have many different contracts on the go at once (anywhere
between 5-10) in order to complete the contract quickly? I mean, you would
likely see all of the bridge-related contracts tendered first. That in itself
could be done within 1.5 years, grading between the bridges could be done at the
same time, then interchange and bridge-related grading could be done afterwards.
It's scary, but I think it could be done!
Anything is possible. I mean, we really do know how to build highways ... Now
let's see if we can build one quickly!
Anyone got a word on the timeline for the 401 Extension (is it just me, or does
that ust sound weird?)?
