Looks can be deceiving though, especially with the OTCBB....we'll see
what happens.

the blood pumping, and the PPS too. Of course August isn't exactly
the busiest month, things do tend to be quiet.

It will be two weeks this Thursday that I called Savoy about their
Website being down.I was told by the V.P of Sales that it should be
up in 48 to 72 hours. I beleive that the company must be making
serious changes to the site..Maybe Hedge was correct that Savoy is
one of the acquisitions..Why would the web site be down for this long
period of time otherwise? Wolfie.....YAHooooooooooo....Led like the

Just a quick note on where we sit in relation to some moving averages.

All these are according to my calcualtions, please feel free to
verify these numbers.

We're trading above the:
5 DMA - .00498
10 DMA - .00483
20 DMA - .00462

We still need to get to the 50DMA which I have calcualted at .005790
Assuming we get north of that I'll start to worry about the 100 and
200.

News, SEC filing, Analysts, Toutsheets....all have the potential to
affect shareholder sentiment, and can influence a buy/hold/sell
decision.

Today we had a notification of late filing:

http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/316618/000108571104000016/00010
85711-04-000016.txt

Now I don't know about anyone else, but I don't ever recall reading
shareholder comments in a public forum where they've been excited
about a late filing. "Wooo Hoooo...the 10Q is late"!!! Nope never
seen it.

Well, if shareholders were nervous you never would have known it from
today's trading.

We closed at .050 up .0008 from Monday's .00420 for a 19% gain.
Volume was 3,075,600 which was well over the 20 day average of
2,439,340...or 126% of the 20 day average according to my
calculations. It was the most volume we've had since Aug. 10th when
incidently the PPS closed at .050 as well.

Going forward I won't be surprised to see the spread kept wide as it
doesn't seem to me that MMs are anxious to push FXGP higher. For
those who are bullish on future prospects that can be seen
positively...of course you still have to get filled, which appears
somewhat problematic based on comments to this forum.

Hope everyone is enjoying the site, it looks like we're getting quite
busy here. Looking forward to tomorrow....Put on some BTO (Bachman
Turner Overdrive) and let her roll down the hi-way!!!

Alrightee now....

FXGP closed today, (Aug. 16/04) at .0042 cents per share, so the
question is...Does FXGP represent good value at this price point and
what are it's prospects for an improved valuation?

These are my reasons, anyone is welcome to disagree....

On July 27/04 FXGP released a shareholder update. Therein it
referenced the acquisition of 2 companies which is pending financing.

http://ca.us.biz.yahoo.com/bw/040727/275827_1.html

There's alot more and much research is required (or at least
advised). There is the possible purchasing of "secure portals"
direct from manufacturers. For information on FXGP's secured portal
subsiduary a look at their web site is likely in order.

http://www.securedportalsystemsinc.com/sps_002.htm

Just last week a PR was released with respect to another
subsiduary, "Granite" securing a contract with a Vietnamese bank:

http://ca.us.biz.yahoo.com/bw/040812/125491_1.html

For information on "TECHCOMBANK" you can look here wherein it states:

http://english.vietnamnet.vn/biz/2004/07/177095/

"This is the 14th time Techcombank has increased its chartered
capital since 1993. According to Techcombank, this will be a
foundation for the bank to expand its branch network from now to the
year's end and to complete its second phase of technology
modernisation."

Feeling swamped? I'll have more later :-)

I've had it with unwieldy message boards where bashing/hyping is the
norm. This forum is for those who have examined the risks/rewards of
an investment in FXGP and have decided to become shareholders...and
is a place where shareholders can conduct discussion free of hyping
and bashing.

While outright bashing is not allowed, negative sentiment is
permitted....but no mindless touting "BUY THIS NOW" or idiotic
bashing "GET OUT NOW" will be permitted. The posts aren't checked
prior to posting, you're responsible for the content...and I will
decide what is over the line.

Let's get talking!!!
