This is the first post for the Question Wednesday Theme Post
and the question that I want to answer today is:
What make a good make money niche?

Here is my answer: I still remember when I just got started
online, the main problem that I faced that cause me to stuck
in my online business is Choosing A Niche. I am sure many
of you face this problem till this day.

So what is the solution or answer on how to choose a good
niche that can make you money? I am going to help you by sharing
with you 5 characterics of a good niche that makes you money.

5 Characteristics Of A Good Make Money Online Niche

1. Availability Of Products To Promote - You want to find
a niche that already have a wide range of products for you
to promote as an affiliate as you do not want to enter a niche
and find out that you can make money only on one product.

For example of a good niche is dog training niche. There is
a wide range of products like ebook, dog clothing, video
training, dog cares and so on. With these wide range of products,
you can make money from your list time and time again.

2. Benefits For Buying Online - Many physical products that
is being sold online can be bought offline and as people are
more used to buying things offline, you need to give them
benefits/reasons to buy it online.

Benefits like discount or an additional bonus or conveniences
will be a good benefits. Therefore you want to choose a niche
that has benefits for buying online.

3. Immediate Gratification - People want things fast and
immediate so if the niche can provide immediate gratification
will be an advantage. Example will be an ebook that can be
download immediately after payment.

4. Competition - Many beginners are afraid this word
competition. If you enter a niche that had no competition,
you want to be careful because most probably this niche is
not profitable. If it is, then mostly likely there will be
people selling products to that niche.

Another thing about competition is that these competitors can
be your future potential Joint Venture partners that can help
you in your business.

5. Custom To Spending Money Online - This is one of the most
important characteristic you want to consider. You do not
want to enter a niche where they are no buyers. No matter
how good your product is, nobody will buy because they are
not use to spending money online.

Above are the 5 characteristic of a good make money online
niche. You may want to take some note and the next time you
are choosing a niche, you might want to reference to it.

HAVE A POSITIVE ATTITUDE; hang around with positive people,
stay away from cry babies and complainers, because they will
pull you down to their level. If something isn't going right
in your life, keep it to yourself, no one wants to hear your
problems, make people believe you are having a wonderful time.

ORGANIZE YOUR LIFE; keep an appointment book so that you
don't have to use the words that sicken me: "I FORGOT." At
the end of each day, meditate upon what you did or did not
do, so you can become stronger for tomorrow. Plan your work
for the next day. If you know where you are going you will
get there. If you don't, you are LOST!

WORK WHEN YOU WORK; don't take long lunch hours, and only eat
with people who can help your cause, not with other salespeople.
Do not sneak out of work early, if you do you are a LOSER.

OBSERVE GIRARD'S NO-NOs; No smoking or chewing tobacco, no
gum, no colognes, no profanity, no dirty jokes, no alcohol
breath, and men do not wear earrings when you are working.
Turn off cell phones - they're irritating. The biggest killer
of them all is NOT BEING ON TIME.

DRESS THE PART; what kind of people are you dealing with.
If you are selling to blue collar workers, don't wear $500
suits and expensive shoes, jewelry or watches (it's a big
distraction). Wear it on your own time, not when you're
working - clothes can turn people off.

LISTEN! People can tell if you're not listening. The longer
you listen, the more obligated people will feel towards you.
The more you listen, the more likely a customer is going
to do business with you. Listening shows that you care.
"The mouth should only be used for eating - keep your mouth
shut!" Silence is Golden.

SMILE! A smile increases your face value. If people would
smile more, your customers would feel better and want to do
business with you, plus it's great for your health!

RETURN ALL PHONE CALLS & EMAILS; not returning calls or emails
are a way to lose customers and friends. Return your calls
and emails as soon as possible. If you don't, that's a good
way to burn a bridge!

TELL THE TRUTH; if you get caught in a lie even once, you
will always be a liar. Even if you tell the truth for the
rest of your life, you won't be trusted or believed, consider
yourself DEAD.

DON'T OVERCHARGE; if you do, and the customer compares your
deal with somebody else, you have lost him. Take a little
and leave a little; Joe only worked on a small profit, but
he was heavy on volume, averaging six retail automobile sales
a day. Word of mouth got around that YOU CAN'T BEAT JOE
GIRARD'S PRICE.

STAND IN FRONT OF YOUR PRODUCT OR SERVICES; not behind.
The most important thing to do for your customer is SERVICE
them, and they will do business with you over and over again.
This is what made JOE #1 IN THE WORLD.

LOCK UP EVERY SALE; after you have closed the sale, ask your
customers why they bought from you - if they tell you why,
they are reinforcing their trust in you. Therefore no more
buyers' remorse, MEANING NO MORE CANCELLATIONS.

REWARD YOURSELF; treat yourself well for all the smart work
you have done; YOU DESERVE IT!

The Many Facets of Viral Marketing

In the beginning, email was the one way that viral marketing
was started. Since that long ago day, viral marketing has
gone from a marketing strategy to an art form and there are
many ways to accomplish the objective of creating a successful
viral marketing campaign. Seven of those ways are:

1. Email: It was the first but it is still around and used.
It is, however, getting a little harder to use as more and
more government restrictions are placed on it. Still, it does
work.

2. Newsletters: This is an extension of email but it a very
effective tool. If you include enough timely and valuable
information, a good newsletter can drive up the number of
visits to your website.

3. Blogging: Providing the tools on your website to enable
bloggers to interact with one another is a terrific way to get
the message about your product of service out there and being
talked about. Bloggers have their ears to the ground for new
products and services.

4. Chat Rooms: A chat room on your website can and does
encourage interaction among your customers and that can't be
a bad thing. Also, you can use the chat room to schedule
special events like having an expert available to answer
questions on a given day at a given time.

5. Tell-a-friend Script: If you add this with a statement
saying that email addresses supplied will never be shared
with third parties, you can increase your potential customer
list greatly.

6. Video Clips: Including cool video clips on your website
will keep the interest up and increase traffic.

7. Flash Games: Although they are a little costly to start,
they are an extremely effective tool to get your viral marketing
campaign going. Once they are launched, they require nothing
more from you.

URGENT: Special Information!
New York Affiliate Tax Law

New York state has implemented a new law that requires online
retailers with affiliates located in New York state to collect
sales tax from New York residents. Therefore, effective
2008-06-01 ClickBank is collecting sales tax on all sales
made to residents of the state of New York.

The controversial new law attempts to redefine the relationship
that Internet retailers have with their New York-based
advertising affiliates by requiring that when those affiliates
solicit customers, the Internet retailers collect and pay sales
and use tax from all their New York customers.

Also, this law casued several lawsuits eg:
Overstock.com, Inc. (Nasdaq: OSTK), based only in Utah, has
no operations in New York, and sells exclusively through
the Internet, announced that it has filed a lawsuit challenging
New York's new tax law that requires Internet retailers to collect
and pay to the New York state tax on their New York sales
despite the fact that the retailer has no physical presence
or nexus in New York.
