Happy publishing Sunday, my precious Readers!

Now I want to tell you about the 4 Golden Rules that most
forex traders will NEVER learn.

I am going to be very candid with you right now, and I risk
alienating myself from most of the other Forex educators out
there. However, I had to make a decision: tell you the truth,
or keep my mouth shut to make good with the "old boys" network
of Forex "gurus".

Basically, I have 4 golden rules to determine if a trading
method is good:

* It must be a complete method, with setup conditions, entry
rules, initial stop rules, and exit strategy rules, leaving
no decision to chance.

* It must include specific risk management, money management,
and portfolio management guidelines.

* It must be based on technical analysis, but it must not be
a 100% mechanical system.

* It must take less than 20 minutes a day to apply after
learning how to trade with it.

Let me talk about item #3 above for a moment, because this
is where a lot of traders can potentially lose a lot of money.

When you rely on a computer to make 100% of your trading
decisions, you do not learn how to become a trader, and you
never will. Instead, you learn to follow directions. This can
be extremely dangerous to your portfolio, because almost
every system I've seen since 1974 has been back-tested and
curve-fit, which means it will ultimately fail, or at least
not live up to its past hypothetical results...

The 5 Must-Haves for Success In Affiliate Marketing

Everyone coming to the Net is dreaming about wild success,
fantastic incomes and lazy times. However, not all comes
true for everyone.

There are those who are content to merely coast along with
their online businesses. Others, however, prefer taking
destiny into their own hands. They desire to steer the ship
themselves and take it wherever they want to. They are
motivated by deeply knowing that they can solve any problem
and weather any storm their affiliate business might run into.

Perhaps this is why affiliate marketing is quickly becoming
one of the most popular businesses around. More and more
people are realizing that they have the power to be in charge
and choose the direction that they desire to travel. While
it is difficult to become a strong affiliate marketer just
by reading ebooks, with proper training, a sense of direction
and purpose, and a little coaching, the possibility for a good
income is always there.

Affiliate marketing is an attractive business with many
advantages. There are no bosses barking orders at employees.
No deadlines or piles of mindless busywork. All that is
needed for success is being equipped with the right tools,
the right knowledge, and the ability to put it into practice.

As with any business, the most important attributes of
success are mental and not financial:

1. Willingness to learn and to be trained

Without proper guidance the unfamiliar territory of online
marketing can be an intimidating place and it is easy to get
lost in the abyss. Knowing the tricks of the trade will give
you tremendous advantages in business and an invaluable edge
over the competition. Proper knowledge of what works and
what does not in affiliate marketing TODAY is vital for success.

2. Willingness to invest

One has to be willing to invest time and effort even when
the results seem slow. Months may pass without good news
but it is important to be patient. Once someone has their
foot in the door the biggest mistake is to become impatient
and quit. In the long run holding on and staying focused
will validate the investment. Luckily, there are many low-cost
ways to learn the affiliate business.

3. Discipline

Discipline equates to working energetically and continually.
Hard work and staying focused pays off and can bring anyone
closer to achieving their dreams in the first place. Discipline
also means following a step-by-step plan that has been proven
to work, not just experimenting with hit-or-miss ideas.

4. Determination

Determination means never giving up. It means that you stay
motivated and believe in the affiliate marketing industry
as a proven business with a future. Determination is what
pushes you to go from mere book-learning to taking action
and moving forward. Continually stretching and learning more
are traits that will allow one to rise to the top of the
affiliate world.

5. Being Positive

Finally, it is vital to have a positive attitude. One cannot
get discouraged by negativity and pessimism. Successful
affiliate marketers avoid letting negative people influence
their business. They look for support from other positive,
uplifting people by visiting forums, being helpful, and
expressing confidence even when things do not go perfectly.

Succeeding in affiliate marketing means understanding that
success is a combination of inner strength and external
support. Having the right attitude means to be willing
to learn, work hard, stay disciplined and determined, and
do everything necessary to stay positive and confident
about the future. In other words, expect the best while
being prepared for the worst.

Why Isn't The Belief-Reality Connection Obvious?

The idea that we have the power to control every aspect of
our lives simply by choosing what we believe is a very
seductive concept. However, this seems to fly in the face
of common sense and traditional science. And if it's true,
then why isn't it obvious?

That's certainly a reasonable question to ask. After all,
over the course of time, we've discovered how to do many
different things, including how to harness the power of
the atom for both destruction and electrical power, and how
to create super-complex computer systems that can produce
fantastically realistic special effects in movies and
television commercials.

Although when we sit and think about it, how much of what
we've learned over time was obvious? For example, how obvious
is it to mix flour, oil, eggs, milk, sugar, baking powder,
and cocoa to make a chocolate cake? Maybe we should ask
any of the thousands who have trouble getting it right even
with a recipe.

It has always amazed me to wonder how anyone thought to mix
that combination of ingredients, and to keep trying the many
possible combinations until they produced an edible result.
How many eggs should we put in, one, two, twenty? How much
flour this time, a handful or a pound?

Similarly, how obvious is it to turn grapes into wine? As
I understand it, the fermentation process involves a precise
control of temperature, a mix of different kinds of yeast,
a way to prevent oxygen from getting to the mixture, and then
waiting for 10 to 30 days. And then there's an additional
aging process after that!

Maybe we've been too busy discovering so many different things
that we just haven't come around to discovering the connection
between beliefs and experience.

On the other hand, even though it may not be obvious that
our beliefs directly affect the world around us, there have
been people throughout history who have discovered the truth
and tried to tell us how important our beliefs are. It's
not exactly a new concept, but one that has been around
for thousands of years.
