This does indeed appear to be a bug, and I don't have a great
workaround. You will get your box if you check "Use Expressions for All
Enclosed Numbers", but it will also leave the measure number, leaving
you with 2 measure numbers. Still, if deleting is easier than adding
this might be better than nothing.

This is not relevant to your other problem, but I was able to identify
this problem in the code, and it will be fixed in the next relase. I'll
get these out as soon as I can, but it may be a couple of weeks due to
my travel schedule.
