Having problems with message search?
I don’t see any .fxt files. (Maybe
that’s my problem?)
This happens even with the lite plug-ins
that come with Finale. The Beam over Barlines plug-in, for example is version
3.05.

sounds like you are trying to use the 08 version of the plugins
with 09. Please confirm which version of the plugins you are using.
