We are a semi-private group of online investors from many parts of the world who are committed to helping each other maximize our return on our investments. We are a mix of Day Traders, Swing Traders, and Longs, Lurkers and Leaders, who have made a conscious decision to look past our differences in trading styles, preferred investment vehicles, and personalities, to learn all we can from one another. We have come together with the understanding that together we can accomplish more than any of us can alone. Therefore, we have pledged to work as a team, so that all might prosper.

Our name came from our common passion for pennystocks. But we are more than just a due diligence research group. In a world of deception and indifference, where everyone is striving for personal gain at the expense of all others, we have committed to trust and mentor one another with respect, courtesy, and consideration so that we might learn from each other, and prosper together.

We do have a few membership rules that must be strictly followed. They will be e-mailed to you as soon as you start the enrollment process. The only other rule we have is that you must agree to make lots of money.
