Long time no talk.
We have been so focused on running the practice and helping individual clients
and agents that I have not really had a lot of time to write on this site and to
this group.

Many of you are now licensed and running your own business and I am wondering
what you are thinking about the above question.

Over the next few months our Victoria real estate board is holding its annual
election for directors, and I have been considering to run this year.

As you may recall, I do not always agree with how our industry is functioning or
running, and I guess my thought here is that in order to change things, it might
be a good way to do it from the inside by joining the board on a much more
active base and run as a director.
