Pinag-Isang Lakas ng Taxi Drayber at Operator ng Pilipinas (PILTOP Inc) is registered in Security and Exchange Commission with the registration number CN 2004 00806 and established last October 25,2003.
Former Chairman Alexander Abcede Macabata Sr.and Alex Bulanon who made all the concept of the organization and the main responsible who made Piltop Inc. Philippines , its started in Saigon Taxi Transport Company in Imus, Cavite.also thanks to the following former President Edwin Revilla, former National Treasurer Gerry Cruz,other drivers who supported us namely: former Board Chairman Gerardo Estopa (Reno Taxi),Joseph Tupil (Avis Taxi),Roberto Mabanta (Marc Transport),Primo Salvadico (R&E Taxi), Miguel Benitez (NRS),Jonathan (Divine Grace), Marcelino Caresosa,also in list Agustin "Teng" Mandavia and Loren Jimeno Jr. , Solomon Daffon, Roberto Callanta o as Coordinator
