are 4 versions of Vista and each have around 8 different versions
Hebrew/English enabled , 32/64Bit, OEM/Retail/Upgrade/Student

Some of the product are not listed yet in the Mfg sites. So we don't

The important thing is that those cards have passive cooling and they
have DirectX 10 which supported by vista and they show the door for
the 7xxx series from nVidia

And why do you care about all of those things?
Usually when you buy a branded external hard drive and the box die
you need to send the whole thing to the Mfg for replacement. Many
times the real problem is the box but you lose all your data as well
because you can't open the case for service.
Building your own external storage will allow you more versatility
and exchanging the internal drive in the case when needed
