Our informal meetings facilitate the exchange of ideas, best practices, new methodologies, tools, resources and networking with local Silicon Valley experts.

Event Topic: Developing the Leadership Skills of Project Team Members

As project managers we can't always choose the members who will make up our project team. No matter who these people are, it 's part of the PM's responsibility to develop that team for optimum performance. It's essential for the project manager to understand each member's potential and to enable that member's leadership skills. This program introduces a case study to gain insights into what it takes for a team member to stand up and become a leader in his or her area.
