Deon:

A couple of thoughts:

First since you are practicing in a country and region with its own vernacular,
I think the choice of descriptors should be influenced primarily by what those
terms mean to your customers, prospects and influencers in in your business
culture.

Second, one universally standard seems to relate to the use of ALL CAPS, which
is consider SHOUTING and therefore, somewhat RUDE.

Unless you would conclude every business meeting by SHOUTING at the other party,
you should reconsider doing so via email. An alternative way to emphasize is to
select a distinctive type font and/or put it in boldface , but in lower case
characters.
