That is quite a milestone. I have two questions:

* Do you have anything that you've published on the
Web about how you guys got together and started
outformations? Something about its history that might
inspire us?

* It sounds like offshore outsourcing is not
negatively impacting your business to the extent that
we constantly hear about -- the steady downer
drumbeat.
Any comments would be appreciated about how you see
this impacting programmer cooperatives.
