Sometimes the various means of branding a business overlap.
Blogs, video archives, promotional pages, the online press room
and press releases all seem to bleed into each other without
distinction. So what is it that makes any one element distinct?
Fortunately, there are ways to separate each element, if some
consideration is given to the role of each in the greater
branding effort.

In the case of press releases, it can sometimes seem that the
brand's blog already addresses the issue. The blog is a central
place to come for news about the brand, so why send out a press
release?

The answer lies in the intended location of the respective
elements. A blog is centrally maintained on a brand's own
website. Press releases have their clue in their name; they are
released to other locations in order to get information out to a
wider audience than a brand's own immediate readership. When
that is considered, the various ways a press release can be
leveraged to capture that audience become much more evident.

Method 1 - Common Audience Building

The key to a good press release is to target a potential audience
held by another publication. You have your announcement, and
decide that it has relevance to the issues put forth in another
publication. Say you're launching a new line of organic
sunscreen - you could consider sending your press release about
the launch to a running magazine, since runners almost by
definition spend a good deal of time in the sun and are concerned
about their health.

This principle is based on the commonsense approach that you will
never have access to every audience you want, and that people
have multiple interests. The press release is an easy,
straightforward way to get your information into the hands of
people who might be interested, but haven't had a chance to get
to your site for whatever reason.

Method 2 - Be Creative

Press releases typically are a bit boring, especially if they
focus on the journalistic approach of "just the facts." As
people turn to viral marketing, video blogging and other means of
going all out to get creative new ideas in front of people, they
sometimes overlook that a press release is actually a solid venue
to try that.

Instead of simply making an announcement or a sales pitch in your
press release, consider putting a sense of humor into it. Press
releases are built around a headline to get the central point
across, so consider a pun or a rhetorical question for that
element. Let your writing staff stretch its creativity and seek
out the odd, off-the-wall idea now and again.

Method 3 - Video!

There is absolutely no excuse whatsoever for excluding video from
your options. Video equipment costs around $200, so every
business that wants to create a branding presence should look
into getting some. And the press release is an excellent medium
for taking advantage of video technology, as well. The web is
crammed with text. People are reading constantly, and a great
deal of what they're reading is dull and uninteresting. Give
them something to remember by making a personal video commenting
on an issue you care about (one that, of course, relates both to
their interests and your brand). But, as always, keep it short -
a two-minute summary is more likely to get watched than a
15-minute masterpiece.

Method 4 - Consider Skipping the Promotion

Not every press release need contain a cut-and-dried
advertisement for something you're selling. People, once again,
are being sold to on a constant basis. Instead of going into your
company's new brand line, consider releasing an article about a
related topic between your brand and the audience.

Returning to the organic sunscreen idea, consider addressing the
common perceptions of organic goods in the media. There's a sort
of backlash going on against the organic products, with
accusations they are worse for the environment than conventional
products. Perhaps you could release a story on the way your brand
has grappled with the issue as a responsible company, and gain an
audience by inviting people to come and have their say, rather
than just advertising your product blatantly.

Method 5 - Add the Human Element

Alternatively to discussing issues specifically, there's the
opportunity to talk about people. Perhaps there's some visionary
or icon in your brand's world, and you got a chance to interview
them or bring them to a big event. Consider sharing the interview
in the press release, or part of the discussion along with an
invitation for people to attend and get the rest of the story.

People like hearing about other people. Having a face to put to
an issue or a concept lends a humanizing element, and takes the
matter out of the realm of the abstract and into a place people
can relate to in their own lives. So use the press release to
talk about people you admire or who motivate your brand in
particular ways, then take advantage of this element and get
people talking more about you.

Losing Weight - A Body in Motion

See TERMS OF REPRINT to the end of the article.

Article Description:
Newton tells us that a body in motion will stay in motion
unless acted upon; likewise, a body at rest will stay at
rest until acted upon. This gives us a powerful metaphor for
the difficulties of getting into a proper, healthy exercise
habit that can help shed weight and keep it off. If we can
break our old habits and get ourselves into a good, strong
routine of healthy habits, we will find they are much easier
to maintain. This applies just as much to exercise as to any
other habit we have in mind. Taking it step by step

Newton tells us that a body in motion will stay in motion unless
acted upon; likewise, a body at rest will stay at rest until
acted upon. This gives us a powerful metaphor for the
difficulties of getting into a proper, healthy exercise habit
that can help shed weight and keep it off.

Habits can work both for and against us. They build up every
single day, one way or another. If we don't take specific
action, we're going to find ourselves stuck in the bad habits
that have held us back for so long. However, if we can break the
mold and get ourselves into a good, strong routine of healthy
habits, we will find they are much easier to maintain. This
applies just as much to exercise as to any other habit we have in
mind. Taking it step by step (literally!) can make all the
difference in the world.

Step 1 - Start Small, but Start NOW

The nice thing about exercise habit-building is that exercise is
actually very easy. It may seem counter-intuitive, but you can
start exercising the moment you wake up.

When you wake up, you tend to stretch. Turn this into a routine,
rather than a reflex. When you wake up, start with the legs.
Rotate the ankles, then flex and stretch the calves and the
thighs. Move up to your middle and torso, and work out to your
arms, stretching everything from shoulders to fingers. Then
reverse the process and work your way back down. This can be done
in as little as two or three minutes.

Taking the time to begin exercising right when you wake up gets
your mind in a proper, habit building attitude right from the get
go. You aren't fitting it in where you can, but ordering your
day around it. Remember that habit-building works best when done
at the same time every day, so what better time than first thing
each morning?

Step 2 - Every Day, Do Something

We've all seen commercials promising spectacular results with a
certain machine and 20 minutes of exercise three times a week.
While it's true that even three sessions a week can offer some
benefits, it's hard to build habits when you keep interrupting
yourself with days off.

Instead, find a way to exercise just a little, every single day.
Power walk to the mailbox and back to the house. Belt out 15
sit-ups and push-ups before you get into the shower or have
breakfast. Park further out from work or the store than usual.

These are all small ways you can work "extra" exercise into
your day. They build up the mindfulness that every day is an
opportunity, and create the associations that make the habit a
daily occurrence, rather than a periodic event.

Step 3 - Pick your Time, Keep your Time

While taking extra opportunities for exercise is a good part of
healthy workout habits, this can't be the only tool in your
arsenal. The key to habit-building early on is proper scheduling.
When we do the same thing at the same time, it builds into the
habit we need it to be.

So pick a time every day to do some exercise. It doesn't always
have to be the same exercise, either. You could alternate
strength exercises such as push-ups and sit-ups one day with
cardio exercises - which are great for burning fat - the next
day.

Whichever specific exercise you choose, make sure to stick with
it at the same time. Let people know in advance, immediately,
once you set your time. Tell them you'd love to visit the new
Italian restaurant together or work with them on important
projects, but this time is sacrosanct and important to you.
Don't compromise it for anything short of a genuine emergency.
Your wishes are just as important as theirs, so treat them with
the same respect.

Step 4 - Build on It

So far we've discussed a few simple ways to begin working
exercise into your life. We start with stretches in the morning
and a few light push-ups or sit-ups to get the heart moving. The
next step is to increase the difficulty. The number five is a
wonderful benchmark. Going from 15 push-ups to 20 is easy to do,
only five more, but it provides a measurable step up the ladder
of working out. Add five reps or minutes to your routine every
few days to see if you can push yourself further, and you'll be
amazed what you can accomplish.

Additionally, you can build on your routine to include others
beyond just yourself. We've talked before about having a support
partner or friend to help encourage you along. If this friend
wants to spend some time hanging out, invite them to exercise
with you. You can have a nice chat between exercises, and you'll
have the shared experience of doing something that benefits you
both, while also having a chance to be with a friend. This will
create a pleasurable feeling, and make the appointment to
exercise that much more fun to anticipate.

Good luck!

Stop Stressing - Stressors and Themes
Copyright (c) 2010 Larry Tobin
Habit Changer
http://www.HabitChanger.com/

We've talked about stress and the elements that bring it into
our lives, or stressors. Identifying our stressors can be a
powerful first step, for obvious reasons - if we know what's
giving us grief, we can take steps to put it out of our way,
resolve it or come to terms with it. Even in the cases where we
can't totally remove a stressor, such as a confrontational
coworker, we can find ways to moderate its influence. In the case
of such a coworker, for instance, we might find time to talk
things out with them and ask them to ease up, or identify
something that's bothering them and help reduce it in hopes that
they become more amenable.

One of the most important ways to identify stressors and their
role is to figure out their theme. A theme is a sort of thread
that ties seemingly different elements into the same whole. What
seems like many problems is actually just one related, overall
problem. Once we know our major stress themes, we can begin
taking more appropriate big-picture steps along with smaller
ones.

Getting Started

If you've been keeping up with your stress log, there's good
news: You've already started identifying your stressors!

Remember that we asked you to note down everything, no matter how
trivial, that was causing you stress. Record keeping is an
important step, because it allows you to see the picture both in
terms of raw information and in terms of time elapsed. Now that
you have a week or more of information in your log, it's time to
start arranging it by theme. The following themes are in no
particular order of importance, as each has an impact on you.

Theme 1 - Time

For this theme, look at the various stressors and see what the
times involved with them are. Which ones persisted over the whole
week, day after day? Which ones popped up at random but didn't
last very long?

Long-term stressors are those that don't change: good examples
include a major project at work that requires a good deal of your
attention and trouble with your car or money issues that make it
hard to get important things done. Short-term stressors are those
that arise and are dealt with, but still interrupt things even if
they're only around for a day or two.

Theme 2 - People

It's a fact that most of the stress in our lives comes from
other people. From the person who can't seem to get things done
and comes to you for help to the driver who cut you off and
nearly caused a wreck to get through a red light, people
introduce a random element to our lives that can make coping
something similar to a demanding ballet performance.

So, as your next theme, mark down your stressors as related to
the people that introduced them. This will allow you to see if
any particular names keep popping up. Remember to include the
most minor elements too - even if you want to be generous-minded,
you're trying to make a realistic assessment with the log, so
don't exclude someone just because you want to be nice. Even if
they a legitimate reason for introducing stress to your life,
it's still stress and you need to be honest about it.

Theme 3 - Places

Humans are an associative species. We don't realize it all the
time, but we often relate our feelings to our location. If we're
always arguing at home, we feel unconsciously uncomfortable when
we're home even if an argument isn't immediately going on. If
we got sick eating a certain food, being around that food again
might make us feel sick even if there's nothing wrong with it
this time.

So, write down the places associated with each stressor you come
across. See if any major consistencies arise about where your
worst stressors seem to be.

Theme 4 - Intensity

How much did a stressor bother you? Did it just annoy you for a
few moments, or did it induce an outright panic attack because it
was so important and seemed to come out of nowhere? Was your
reaction somewhere in between these extremes, or do you tend to
go toward the far ends of reaction immediately?

Knowing how much an event affected you is important. Dealing with
stress can be done multiple ways; some people like to tackle all
the small problems and get them out of the way, others want to
dismantle their biggest grievance so they have the energy to
handle the rest of the problems that come up during the day.
Devise a 1-5 scale of your choosing, and rank your stressors on
it accordingly.

Finally, Analyze

Having put all the information into one of these four themes, sit
down at the same time each week to go over the information
you've gathered. Making it an appointment is crucial to turning
this into a habit rather than forcing it to fit into your life.

Compare two themes at a time, to start. Do certain people seem to
inflict longer-term stressors on you? Do your most intense
stressors seem to happen at work, or at home? Compare them in any
combination you wish, and you'll begin to see the patterns
emerge. This use of themes will help you identify where the most
action is needed, so that you can begin taking steps without
feeling lost.

While using single marketing tools can be revolutionary and
powerful, combining multiple tools really brings out the best in
each tool. Wheels are tremendous things, air conditioning is
wonderful and everyone loves a comfortable seat, but simply
having all three isn't the same as having an automobile.

The same holds true of an online branding campaign. If you treat
it as a bunch of distinct tools, you will gain some effort from
it, but not as much as if you combine all these elements into a
distinct and coherent system that meets your branding needs. Each
tool can accomplish a different task, of course, but they all
must be used in the service of brand promotion and name
recognition if the campaign is to succeed.

Part of good online branding is building an audience for your
blog. This requires an operation within a campaign... its own
system of efforts built into the larger structure of the campaign
as a whole. In order to do this, you must take advantage of tools
such as Facebook, Twitter and other social media networks if you
want to build your audience steadily and profitably.

Method One: The Blog

This may seem obvious, as there isn't a lot of point to doing
promotions without something to promote. However, the content you
promote must be worth promoting if you want to succeed. There are
many sources promising to take any content out there and promote
it successfully. These people are known as hucksters. For every
one in a million story of someone's blog about stream of
consciousness writing, one can find hundreds of failed blogs.

Therefore, focus first on producing solid, quality content. The
audience can wait - the Internet isn't going anywhere, trust us.

Make sure the blog's author is passionate about the subject and
committed to a regular update schedule. Build up a posting buffer
of a full week consisting of topical but timeless pieces such as
opinion articles or reviews that won't necessarily be dated
immediately upon release. On the other hand, be ready to quickly
adapt a story and post a quick update if something in the news
pops up that affects the topic of your blog. Above all, make (and
keep) the content entertaining, insightful and consistent.

Method Two: Twitter

Twitter is a natural second step for a cross promotion effort.
The format is perfect for providing a link and a short message
about the blog, as well as for getting the information in front
of your whole Twitter audience quickly.

The key here is to develop the ability to summarize in clever and
topical ways. Do not make the mistake of simply putting up a
link. That's a waste of time - people have interests that
they're already pursuing, interests that you have to interrupt
to get their attention.

Develop a talent similar to lede writing from print journalism.
Find a way to quickly punch in the important who/what facts that
you want to get across.

If your blog post is an interview with a local author, include
his name, the fact that you interviewed him and his book title
along with the link to the interview. If your post is a news
story about something touching on your brand's domain, consider
something such as "for fans of..."

Also, take advantage of habit-building behaviors by updating your
Twitter feed at the same time every day. In the first case, this
will get people used to checking it at the same time. In the
second, it means unscheduled announcements will seem that much
more noteworthy.

Method Three: Facebook

While people still have the broad perception that Facebook is for
teenagers looking to find friends on the web, its real strength
lies in the fact that it can easily combine various media into
"snippet" packages for people to observe.

If your blog has a video component, you can link the video on
your Facebook page. This allows people to watch the video and
follow the link to your page at their discretion.

Additionally, you can post the first excerpt of your new blog
entries on Facebook, giving people a teaser of the relevant
information without spoiling the whole story.

Finally, Facebook has the ability to bring groups and hobbies
together. If you find a group on Facebook that seems to be a
natural audience for your brand - and do not force this, ever -
consider joining up.

Method Four: Remember All-way Traffic

It's been said before, but it cannot ever be stressed enough:
The web is not a one-way street, and it is not even a two-way
street. It is an all-encompassing omni-entity that can and will
spread word about the things it loves and the things it hates to
every corner of the globe. You have to be willing to cooperate
with this effort, or your brand will be mocked and dismissed.
Participate in the communities you join, don't simply join and
throw blog links at them. Join the discussions, share ideas,
comment on others' videos and provide links in your blog to
pages you like.

If you prove yourself a good neighbor on the web, people will
notice and you will benefit. If you simply try to take advantage
of communities for your brand without cooperating in the effort,
then you have no business using the web for your brand.

SEO Lessons from Local Businesses

More than once in the six years that I have been providing SEO
services for websites, I have had the opportunity to discuss with
individual business owners their search engine optimization
needs.

Now and again, I run across an individual business owner who is
quick to say that SEO is absolutely worthless. When confronted
with such an absolute statement, I like to press for details.

It has been my experience that people who speak in negative
absolutes will have a horror story to share.

In this article, I am going to detail some of the stories I've
heard, which frequently tells more about some of the people in
our industry, than it does about the effectiveness of search
engine marketing.

PROBLEM #1 - "I rank number one in Google, and yet, I have never
earned a dime from my website..."

When I first heard this story, I was very surprised... After all,
if your SEO company did good keyword research, there is no reason
why you should not be getting traffic and a few sales from a top
ranking in Google.

I pressed for more details... I learned that the company who
built the website also did the search engine optimization...

It only took a couple of minutes to learn that the website design
company optimized this fellows' website for the name of his
company... There was no other optimization performed on that
website...

LESSON #1 - It is rather pointless to optimize a website for the
name of the company... The only consumers who will be searching
for the name of your company are existing customers...

But, if your company is unknown to the general public, then the
people who would like to buy your products or services will not
be able to find you among your competitors...

If you sell widgets in Tulsa Oklahoma, your future customers will
be typing "Tulsa Oklahoma widgets" into their favorite search
engines, trying to find your business... And if your prospective
customers cannot find your business, your business does not exist
in their minds...

PROBLEM #2 - "I had a company build a website for my business,
but I have never received a single customer for my business,
through my website..."

Are you sure?

Asking this question is not meant to offend you, but rather to
get more details as to how you track incoming business...

If you are the average off-line business owner, who has built a
website to promote an off-line business, chances are real good
that you probably have never received a single customer from your
website...

However, if your website does not request for your prospective
customers to let you know how they found out about your business,
then chances are that people who did find you through your
website would never tell you that...

If more than one person answers the phone at your business,
chances are just as good that someone may have mentioned finding
you on a website, but no one conveyed that information to you...

In your business, you should have systems in place to track and
record where new customers have found your business... To do
otherwise is like driving your car in the fast lane during
rush-hour traffic with a blindfold over your eyes...

LESSON #2 - If you are not asking your customers how they found
your business, you will never know what kind of advertising is
producing profits for your business, and which advertising is
sucking the wind out of your business...

PROBLEM #3 - "I spend a great deal of money on PPC listings
(pay-per-click) to get my business in front of search engine
users, because after spending tens of thousands of dollars on
SEO, I could not rank in the search engines at all..."

What keywords were you trying to rank for in the search engines?

"Travel. I have a travel business based in Oklahoma City OK that
caters to business professionals..."

Have you ever noticed the caliber of companies who rank on page 1
in Google for the keyword: travel?

Those are companies who spend millions of dollars per year to
market their businesses online and off-line... Do you have a
marketing budget that will allow you to effectively compete with
Travelocity, Expedia or Priceline?

Besides that, where do the majority of your customers work and
reside?

"Oklahoma City of course."

If that is the case, why would you spend your limited marketing
budget to target consumers who would never buy from you, because
they are outside your local marketing area?

"I never really thought about it in that way..."

Most of your competitors are making the same mistakes that you
are... That is to your advantage, because when you start to
market your business in a more realistic and cost-effective
manner, then you will be able to compete with your competitors,
while spending far less money than your competitors are
spending...

LESSON #3 - If you operate a local or regional business, do
yourself a favor, and stop trying to compete in the national
marketplace...

Final Thoughts...

Listed inside this article are three lessons that could
potentially help your off-line business to find new customers and
to generate new sales, as a result of your online advertising...

Depending on the average ticket price of purchases in your store
or service business, how much could an extra 20, 50 or 100 new
customers bring into your business each month? You do the math...

You could spend the next ten years learning what we have learned
to maximize the effectiveness of your online advertising... Or
you could employ us to work on your behalf to support your local
business in your local marketplace...

---------------------------------------------------------------------
More consumers are ignoring their phone books and searching for
products and services online... If you don't want to compete for
those consumers, your competitors will thank you... We primarily
provide Local SEO Services to businesses in Oklahoma and Texas...
But we are happy to serve any brick-and-mortar business in the
United States... Contact http://MysticMountainMedia.com/ at

Want to get an extra 6-8 hours of productivity every day?

Then try this little trick...

Every night before you go to sleep, ask for an idea.

For instance, if you are writing an advertisement, say to
yourself...

I really need an idea for this headline.

And then forget about it, turn off the light and enjoy a well
earned rest.

It sounds crazy, doesn't it.

I mean how can you do anything while you are asleep.

You're dead to the world, right?

Well, not quite.

Your subconscious mind is actually ensuring...

  * Your blood is pumping

  * You are breathing

  * Your body temperature is being monitored

And dozens of other things are happening to keep you alive. So
surely it can work out a headline or two for you by the morning,
right?

There is a statistic quoted at some seminars that we only use 10%
of our minds.

And this is a way to use more of it.

Of course, if you flood your mind with more education about how
to get more customers and write winning ads then your mind will
have more to draw on while you're flat on your back and enjoying
dreamland ;-)

On Saturday, I went to a bike shop with my family to purchase a
new bike for my son who is now so very proud that he can ride his
bike.

And loves going down hills and turning the pedals and getting his
first taste of "having wheels."

Anyway, when we got there the guy at the shop was talking to us
about this brand called Giant.

Now my wife and I hadn't heard of Giant as we are not really
bike people.

So my wife was like: Who are Giant?

And that's when the sales guy had the right answers right on the
tip of his tongue to answer our objection.

But it wasn't just answers, it was the undeniable proof which
could not be argued with.

I forget the exact figures, but in a nutshell he told us...

  * A high percentage of riders on the Tour De France used these
bikes.

  * They manufacture a high percentage of bikes across the world.

So tell me, why were we so convinced in a matter of seconds?

It's really quite simple: He gave us COMPELLING PROOF.

Had he said...

Giant is great because each bike has 36 gears... and we sell a
lot of them and I personally love them... etc, etc.

... it would have been like "so what" and felt like a hypey
sales pitch.

But when you are presented with the facts... the proof... he
presented us with... it's difficult to argue with.

So my question to you is: how much research have you put into
your project to get facts like this which simply sell your
product or service in an instant... and overcome objections so
easily?

If you haven't, then when would now be a good time to do
something about it?

You'll find plenty of other ready-to-apply advertising tips just
like this when you get your hands on

How To Cope Better When Crappy Stuff Happens
Copyright (c) 2010 Scott Bywater
Copywriting That SELLS

Sometimes stuff happens that we don't expect.

And it happened on two occasions over the weekend:

Occasion #1: The Australian Rules Grand Final

Who would have expected a draw? An amazing result which was
unexpected and some people were extremely upset about.

I mean... coming back the next week to play another grand final
after all that build up. That must be tough.

But think about the logistics of it for the AFL: they have to
organise everything all over again very, very fast.

Interestingly enough, I was listening to the CEO of the AFL on an
interview last night and he was saying they have backup plans
every year for this happening.

And within half an hour they had that back-up process in action
so they could handle ticket sales, logistics, etc.

Occasion #2: The Sydney Airport Hardware Failure

Virgin Blue had some of their ticketing hardware go down and it
sent the airport into turmoil.

It was unexpected. It was unfortunate. But things happen.

Now I was listening to the radio this morning and was hearing a
guy from Virgin talk about how they managed it...

They paid for meals for those who were left stranded. They paid
for accommodation for those stranded away from home. They gave
complimentary tickets to people who couldn't fly for a certain
period of time.

And they did the best with the situation while sorting out the
hardware issue which has now been fixed.

My point is this: unexpected stuff happens. But are you prepared
for it?

Is your computer backed up?

Do you have a large client who - if they disappeared - would
cripple your business? What would you do if you lost them?

And most importantly, do you have multiple marketing methods
rather than just relying on google adwords, phone directory
advertising or one specific type of marketing.

Take the time today to create a back-up plan. You might like to
start by mastering over a dozen different types of getting more
customers at http://www.morecustomersmadeeasy.com

Remember, you could get google slapped... the government could
start charging for emails... ban telemarketing or faxing... at
ANYTIME.

So make sure you have a back-up plan in place to respond to such
a disaster.

A 3 Minute Mistake Which Could Cost You Thousands
Copyright (c) 2010 Scott Bywater
Copywriting That SELLS
http://www.copywritingthatsells.com.au/

I was at a local restaurant last week with my wife.

Now I frequent this restaurant often. And could easily spend
$1,000 a year with them.

Plus I've referred them three or four customers who have come to
that restaurant as a result of my recommendation - the food is
good.

Anyway, I am a decent customer for them. And winning me over
could be worth several thousand dollars over a lifetime.

So you can imagine my shock and surprise when this happens...

While the waitress who is also the owner is walking past us I ask
her for some extra plates.

Now she has some plates in her hands, so she goes to give them to
us.

The problem is my wife has just seen her take the plates from a
table where some seedy characters are sitting and asks for new
plates.

She walks off in a huff, with obvious anger, clanging the plates
down on her way out.

My wife is like: We are never coming back here again.

We tell her sister and her husband about it and they are like:
that's really bad.

Especially since my wife apologised (it should have been the
other way around) and there was no reciprocation or
acknowledgment of the apology.

Remember, it can take years to build a relationship, but seconds
to destroy it.

And small acts of anger can cost you thousands of dollars.

I remember a couple of years ago, I was under a lot of stress
when one of my good clients called with something urgent.

I didn't give that client the attention which was needed.

I lost that client and probably tens of thousands of dollars
along with it.

Remember, everything revealed in my programs like
http://www.morecustomersmadeeasy.com works to attract more
business.

But if you make these sort of relationship mistakes once you get
a client, your business will never thrive the way it could.

---------------------------------------------------------------------
For quick results, you'll want to get your hands on this leading
direct response copywriter's ebook "7 Ways To Get More Customers"
at http://www.copywritingthatsells.com.au/ Scott Bywater shows
you how to get all the customers you need in just 60 days. This
popular ebook has been downloaded by over 8,247 business owners
over the past five years. Packed with information, this ebook
will show you copywriting and marketing strategies which could
have you getting new clients within just a couple of days.

Why Sales Without Marketing is DUMB
Copyright (c) 2010 Scott Bywater
Copywriting That SELLS
http://www.copywritingthatsells.com.au/

I remember when I first started out in sales I used to set up a
meeting and I would get there and the person sitting across from
me would be like:

"Well, convince me"

... and I would be like a telemarketer on steroids trying to show
them why I had the best solution in the world for them.

Can you relate?

I started out as a cold-call salesperson and a cold call
telemarketer, so that's all I knew.

And while it does work... while it is a numbers game...

it is NOT the most effective way to sell.

And over the long term, you shouldn't be running all over town
talking to unqualified prospects who have this "convince me"
energy about them.

Instead, you should...

CONVINCE THEM BEFORE YOU GET THERE

And how do you do that - that's right, through marketing and
education.

For instance, if I was selling a web design service what I would
do is create a report called something like:

"The 7 Mistakes You are Making With Your Advertising Right Now -
and How They are Costing You a Fortune"

And then I would have a paging service take the call ... a
distribution house mail out the report...

... and a handful of letters after that... followed by a series
of emails like this one.

And then those interested... those people who were predisposed to
deal with me...

Would call me. And they would be interested. And in order to talk
to me I would charge them for that initial phone call.

And do you know what would happen -

My conversion rates would go up.

My time would not be wasted.

And my clients would get a better service because I wouldn't be
wasting my time with people who weren't predisposed to deal with
me.

But here's the question:

Do you have the discipline to implement this? Do you have the
courage to charge for your time?

Or will you say...

"I don't have the time"

And will you then think...

"How can I charge for my first consultation. Nobody else does"

Yes, that's right and that's why the average small business
owner earns crap money.

If you're sick and tired of dealing with people who don't
appreciate your product or service... who don't respect your
time... and of chasing your tail dealing with people who aren't
predisposed to dealing with you, then I urge you right now to
make the commitment to...

LEARN HOW TO MARKET YOURSELF - NOT JUST SELL

The good news - you can get started for peanuts at:
http://www.morecustomersmadeeasy.com

And the first lesson alone will show you how to write that lead
generation ad to get the ball rolling.

---------------------------------------------------------------------
As a direct response copywriter, Scott Bywater strives to educate
business owners on how to generate more leads, get more of the
"right type" of customers, differentiate themselves from their
competition, and convert their leads into sales via his
underground and "outside of the box" strategies. You can get his
copywriting and marketing tips delivered to your inbox via his

Up until the last couple of years, I used to give my time

Up until the last couple of years, I used to give my time away
freely.

In fact, I would spend up to an hour on the phone with people who
had not even paid me a cent.

It was frustrating and it was annoying - because while a certain
percentage of those people did move forward, there was a lot of
time wasted dealing with those who wanted to pick my brain at no
charge.

That was when I got smart.

And I started charging for those initial strategy sessions.

At first I was a little concerned of the change - would people
stop contacting me? Would they stop dealing with me, etc?

But I was quickly proven wrong.

Here's what happened?

I saved at least a few hours a week. I doubled my conversion
rate. Plus I made a few dollars even if people didn't go ahead.

At the end of the day, I stopped being a cheap date and started
demanding those I deal with respected me and my time.

That means I get to deal with better people... people who are
pre-disposed to dealing with me.

And believe me, there is so much more respect in the process when
you make your prospects jump through a few hoops to get to you.

To prove my point, I violated this principle a few months ago
when I had a prospect I thought could have big potential. So I
didn't charge him for that initial conversation.

  * He picked my brain.

  * He questioned my fees.

  * And then to top it all off he tried to find out about all of
the people I use so he could no doubt do the same to them.

And when I told him I'd be happy to provide him with that once
he went ahead, I never heard from him again.

The message:

NEVER BE A CHEAP DATE

And learn how to market so people come to you valuing your
service and predisposed to buy from you.

Better for you because you'll save time and make more while
experiencing less frustration.

And better for them because they'll respect you more and
actually trust what you have to say.

But one thing you need to be able to do in order to achieve this
is write.

And write well - to sell.

And one of the best places you can go to learn how to do this is

Direct Mail: Why Business Owners Don’t Use It

Want to know why most business owners don't do direct mail even
though it's probably one of the most effective marketing
methods?

Well, there's two reasons:

1. It's more difficult than e-mail

You've got to format the letter, get it right, hire a list, send
it off to a printer and a mailing house, etc.

Much easier to click send and fire off an email.

BUT... and it's a very big BUT I myself am guilty of - direct
mail will generally get you a far better response than email.

And while it may not be convenient, it's most certainly
effective.

2. There's no sales reps selling you direct mail

When was the last time somebody knocked on your door and asked
you to buy some direct mail?

But I'm sure you've received a phone call from your local
newspaper... phone directory... or a local charity wanting you to
buy advertising, right?

Truth is, most of us are lazy when it comes to our marketing.

So we wait for someone to knock on our door... being reactive
rather than proactive.

Well, it's time to change all that.

... because pro-active marketers are the one's who make the
dollars.

Not the ones who wait for someone to say "advertise here" have
I got a deal for you.

Because the bottom line is even with a little knowledge you will
be able to get far better results than the person who is selling
you the advertising, except in the very, very, very rare case
that the ad rep is educated.

So take control of your marketing today.

Be proactive - Not reactive.

It's no secret that acknowledgement is something we crave more
than anything else.

In fact, I've heard that acknowledgement is sometimes more
important than money when it comes to running a team.

So by all means, we should all do everything we can to
acknowledge those around us.

It is important.

And we all like to get acknowledged as well.

But be careful here...

Because if you NEED acknowledgement from the outside then you are
putting yourself in danger of relying on an outside force for
your motivation and happiness.

I can remember one of my first jobs selling cleaning chemicals
door to door...

I got verbally abused... I got thrown out of places... and I got
virtually no acknowledgement.

I also sucked at the job.

And my boss didn't acknowledge me either.

And while I left after a couple of months, it taught me to be
inner directed. And to rely only on myself for acknowledgment.

In the next job I became a star after being mentored in a
telemarketing office I worked with...

And I went to an office in Sydney where I thrived, thanks to a
guy called Adam Rosewarne who was very good at acknowledging my
talents.

Don't get me wrong - if you can find people who acknowledge your
skills and talents you are far better off.

But don't depend on it.

If I had depended on it when I started my business, I never would
have got off the ground.

For a year or two I went around selling ads with little
credibility, cold calling, etc...

... and hardly ever got acknowledged.

Even when I hit home runs for a client.

But I got good at acknowledging myself... when I wrote a good
ad... when I made a sale... when I received a referral...

You see, acknowledgment is like anything else.

If you need ANYTHING from outside of you, you are depending on a
force you cannot control for your happiness.

Far better to be inner directed and depend only on meeting your
own demands.

And a funny thing happens once you start acknowledging yourself -
eventually others start acknowledging you too.

One thing you might like to do is to start an acknowledgement
list and start tabulating everything you do on an excel document
or something that you are proud of yourself for.

Things like phone calls made, marketing campaigns implemented,
critical action steps taken, and stuff you have learnt.

In fact, you might like to start learning something right now
that you can acknowledge yourself for. Just hop along to
http://www.scottbywater.com/internetsecrets/ and learn how to
actually make a dollar out of the internet.

How To Out-Socialize The Gurus On Twitter And Other Social Media
Copyright (c) 2010 Marty Bradfield
Multiple Traffic Streams Report
http://thephantomwriters.com/ebooks/multiple-traffic-streams.html

Social media has long been touted as the latest and greatest
Internet marketing tool that will bring new people to any online
business seeking new customers...

For most online marketers, the social media environment appears
over-hyped and ineffective... Between Facebook, MySpace, Twitter,
Stumble Upon, and Delicious, online marketers waste plenty of
time trying to tap revenue from these social platforms...

Why Auto-Following Will Always Fail

John Reese is one of those people who has become famous for his
online marketing prowess, with a variety of product launches...
Even with his genius for online marketing, John Reese failed to
make the Twitter platform work for his business... In June of
2008, Reese realized that the auto-follow strategy of gaining
Twitter followers was not working...

The auto-follow Twitter marketing strategy is doomed to
failure... I actually lost a little bit of respect for John
Reese, because he had to learn the hard way that the Twitter
auto-follow strategy would not work... A man with his genius
should have known before he started that the technique was doomed
to fail miserably...

It will fail because it works in the same manner as a safe list
or traffic exchange system, where a bunch of people will gather
together to send advertising to each other... The problem is that
people only agree to join such systems so that they can send
their advertising to others, not so that they can read a ton of
advertising from other people...

People do not join safe lists because they want 10,000 people to
send them advertising in their email... They only agree to let
10,000 people send them commercial e-mail, because they want to
send their commercial e-mail to 10,000 people... Everyone
involved is so caught up in the hope that someone will read their
advertising and buy what they are selling, without giving much
concern or thought to the idea that even they are not reading the
email that other people send to them...

In June of 2008, John Reese gave up on the auto-follow strategy
for gaining Twitter followers... He un-followed everybody in a
single day and started again from scratch...

Is Twitter Dead?

Nearly 2 years later, in March of 2010, John Reese declared in an
e-mail to his mailing list that he had deleted his twitter
account... He cited the same reasons that he did 21 months
previously -- too much noise...

John Reese is not the only online guru to abandon the Twitter
platform... Frank Kern, and a few of Reese's other online
associates, also bid Twitter farewell... Kern said that Twitter
was a "time suck" that was eating into his productivity...

Please don't get the idea that my reporting on the marketing
gurus leaving Twitter like rats from a sinking ship is a signal
to you that you should do the same...

In fact, I am not leaving Twitter and I see no reason that you
should either...

By mentioning Reese and Kern leaving Twitter behind, I am only
pointing out that some of the sharpest minds involved in online
marketing have yet to understand the true art and science of
social media marketing...

Both of these guys are smart... Few people will argue against
that... But, both have failed to understand how to turn a profit
from the Twitter social media platform...

Social Media Marketing Is Not Mass Marketing

If you were to ask me... These two guys, smart as they are,
missed the most elemental foundation of social media marketing...
say, after me, S-O-C-I-A-L... SOCIAL media marketing...

John Reese and Frank Kern are masters of mass marketing... Mass
marketing does not work on social media websites...

Social media is described as such, because it invites individuals
to socialize with one another... Those individuals who have
mastered the social media platform are those who have understood
how to create relationships, develop relationships, and maintain
relationships... They have understood that social media websites
are there to help you nurture social relationships with other
people...

The mass marketer is focused on himself, above and beyond all
other people... The social marketer is focused on building
relationships with the people with whom they would like to do
business...

If you understand how to attract people and maintain personal
relationships with those people, then you may master social media
marketing in a way that John Reese and Frank Kern were unable to
do...

Stumbling In The Dark

The first step to mastering social media marketing is to learn
how to attract people... Auto-follow will never work towards that
end... In order to attract people who want to follow you, you
must inspire them to want to follow you...

It is funny when I watch the people who are trying to market
themselves on Twitter...

Some of those people will send out an endless supply of quotes,
trying to convince you of their value, because they have said
something clever through the words of another person...

Others will send out sales message after sales message hoping to
attract your business...

Still others will try to win your support by focusing on key
words... They want to treat Twitter as if it were search engine
driving traffic to their website...

Some Twitter users will make certain to include a link with every
tweet... The smarter of the lot will only link to information...
The more shallow of the group will only link to sales pages...

And finally, there are those who are probably smarter than all of
us put together... They are the ones who provide a mix of
content... Sometimes, they will give us a link to information...
Sometimes, they will link us to the sales page... At other times,
they will share quotes and news headlines... And in all cases,
they will socialize with their followers, asking about things
important to their followers and sharing their personal lives
with those who ask...

The Lesson To Take From This Article

Social media marketing works best, when the marketer who is
attempting to use it, remembers that first and foremost it is a
platform to socialize with other people...

Why do people follow YOU on Twitter?

They follow you, because there is something about you and what
you say that appeals to them at a very human level...

If you want to win in the Social Media element, be human and
don't be afraid to socialize with your friends and
acquaintances...

Many online business owners want to make the process of
developing a successful online business harder than it needs to
be...

The truth is that a simple 4-step checklist can lead anyone to
online profits:

1. Create or Tweak your Offers;

2. Get Traffic -- Attract Targeted Visitors;

3. Analyze Results; and

4. Repeat Steps 1-3.

Create Or Tweak Your Offers

There are literally hundreds of business models that you can use
in this step...

The four business models undertaken by the majority of online
marketers are:

1. Service Creation and Marketing;

2. Affiliate Marketing;

3. Buying Wholesale and Selling Retail;

4. Product Creation and Marketing.

The first two are the easiest for the new online marketer to get
started...

  * Service Creation and Marketing

I got my start by creating services and selling services... I
started out as an article ghost writer, and over the years, I
have ghost written for some very famous people...

Eventually, I got involved in Article Syndication to make my
ghost writing more attractive, and eventually, Article
Syndication became my primary business...

  * Affiliate Marketing

With Affiliate Marketing, there are several affiliate networks
that bring together product vendors with affiliate sellers. Those
networks include: ClickBank.com, CJ.com (Commission Junction),
PayDotCom.com, RapBank.com, ShareASale.com and Amazon.com

As an affiliate marketer, it is your job to sell products and
services from other companies, for a commission on the sale...

  * Buying Wholesale and Selling Retail

When it comes to Buying Wholesale and Selling Retail, most people
go to sites like WorldWideBrands.com or Doba.com... However, I
lost interest in those services when a lot of the companies I
contacted could not sell the products I wanted -- at prices
better than Wal-Mart...

Forgive me if my thinking is backwards on this, but if I can get
products cheaper at Wal-Mart than I can get them for at the
wholesale distributors, then I find it hard to believe that they
were offering me wholesale prices...

However, I met a fellow online who deals in real wholesale
buying, and he recently made his knowledge available in a report
called the Holiday Goldmine. I have read his report -- it is very
good at sharing details I was not able to find elsewhere. You can
buy his report here: HolidayGoldMine.com

  * Product Creation and Marketing

When you can start creating your own information products, you
can pretty much build a solid future, selling yourself and your
knowledge...

When you find that you possess a solid selling product, then you
can explore becoming a product vendor on any of the Affiliate
Network sites... Solid products can make a lot of money, when
other marketers want to help you sell them...

Kevin Riley teaches people how to create and sell their own
products at his website here: ProductCreationLabs.com

Get Traffic -- Attract Targeted Visitors

I used to get so mad when people told me that getting traffic is
the easy part...

I just wanted to reach through the computer and strangle them
when they said that...

Why?

If it was so darn easy to get traffic, why did I have to work so
darn hard to get it?

Of course, after a decade of learning about how to get traffic, I
can agree that getting traffic is the easy part... DON'T try to
reach through your computer to try to strangle me!!

Hear me out...

There are dozens of methods to bring traffic to your website,
through free and paid methods, and there are hundreds of
thousands of websites from which you can derive that traffic!

When you begin to understand the methods and the strategies used
by professional online marketers to deliver traffic to their
websites, then you are on the road to being able to deliver as
much traffic as you want to your website as well...

If you want to learn more on this subject, consider my report
shown at the end of this article that outlines 35 Proven Traffic
Generation Strategies... The report has received tremendous
reviews and is titled, "Multiple Traffic Streams: The Magic of
Attracting Buyers"...

It also teaches how to better target your Traffic Generation
activities to ensure that you are spending your resources only on
strongly-targeted visitors -- the people who are most likely to
buy what you are selling...

Analyze Results

I am constantly amazed at the number of new online marketers who
have yet to understand that THEY can analyze their results as
easily as the professional marketers can...

Your Traffic Statistics are perhaps the most important business
intelliegence that you have in your possession...

If your website has a cPanel login, as is common at most of the
major web hosting companies, then you will also have access to AW
Stats... In the absense of everything else, AW Stats is a pretty
good program for determining the quality and sources of your
websites' traffic...

If you have the money to invest, a better website analysis
software is the one found at HTTP-Analyze.org

While HTTP-Analyze is perhaps the best, most professional
webmasters rely heavily on Google Analytics to track their
results and conversion rates on specific sources of traffic...
www.google.com/analytics/

What you want to learn from this process is: where your traffic
comes from, how the traffic was derived from those locations (if
you don't already know), how much traffic came to your website
from that source, and how many people bought from you and came
from a specific traffic source...

Once you understand how many people came from one traffic source
and how many of those people bought from you, then you can
calculate your conversion rate for each traffic source... This
information will assist you in making good decisions about where
to invest your advertising resources in the future...

Repeat Steps 1-3

With your analytics in hand, you can make intelligent decisions
about how to tweak your offer to get better results on the next
pass...

At a certain point, you will want to introduce split testing, so
that you can take a proper measure of two sales pages or squeeze
pages side-by-side to see which one will produce better
conversion rates for you...

All great success stories were founded upon minor improvements
made over and over...

It is said that Howard Hughes helped his dad's company go from a
small dsitributor of canning for the food industry to one of the
top canning companies in his day, by making one simple change to
the processes they used...

Howard Hughes is said to have made one minor change to the way
that his company closed the cans used to package food, and that
change reduced the cost of cans by 2/3rds of one penny. Hughes
gave 1/3rd of the savings to his customers and kept the other
1/3rd of a penny for himself...

This one minor adjustment in his processes helped make Howard
Hughes the richest man on the planet during his lifetime -- 1/3rd
of one penny at a time...

Closing Thoughts

The simple concepts outlined in this article will help anyone,
who has the ambition to do so, to become successful selling
products or services online...

The 4-step method defined in this article will very literally
work with any business model used online...

Too many people get lost in methodologies, and this only serves
to short-circuit their success...

For example, I am an article marketer, but article marketing
isn't the only thing I do to promote my online businesses...

I am also pretty good at SEO, but I would never invest all of my
resources into Google or any other third-party website... When
your business model relies only upon Google, you will find
yourself only one algorithm change away from bankruptcy...

In my Multiple Traffic Streams report, I define 35 Time-Tested
Strategies for Traffic Generation, and of those, I use 12 of them
regularly... My top-performing website gets one-quarter million
unique visitors and 1.25 million page views per year...

The point in this article is to show you know how you can
accomplish the same or better results, if only you have the
ambition to do so...

Multiple Traffic Streams Report
http://thephantomwriters.com/ebooks/multiple-traffic-streams.html

My online associates frequently give me a hard time, trying to
convince me that I give away far too much free information...
They tell me that I should keep more of my more profitable
strategies to myself -- well, at least between us anyway... LOL

When I share many of my online marketing strategies with my
business associates, they pat me on the back and tell me how
clever I am... A few weeks later, they always report back that
the new tip or strategy that I had shared with them is working
and now making them money...

I will be honest... I do keep some of the best stuff for my own
use... But, I am a giving person, and I do share a lot of what I
learn...

Many people would prefer that I share only with them... But, if I
were really to keep the information to myself, I don't think
that I will be sharing those strategies with my online
acquaintances either...

The Real Reason I Share My Cutting Edge Strategies In Public

You may be shocked at what I am ready to tell you now...

I share these things with the public to build my reputation as a
purveyor of excellent information...

I do not worry that my technique will soon produce fewer profits
for me and my online associates...

What? Me worry?

I am not the least bit concerned that the gold nugget that I am
going to share with you today will lose its effectiveness, over
time, because I told it...

Why should I worry?

The truth is that I know that better than 99% of the people that
I share this information with will read it, tell themselves that
it is a brilliant idea and strategy, and then they will never do
a darn thing with it...

"You can lead a horse to water, but you cannot make him
drink..."

I know from past experience that I can give away all of my best
ideas and most people will never do anything with them...

My favorite success adage is that "You cannot push a rope..."

Google External Keyword Tool

I am going to show you by example how this works...

It starts with the Google External Keyword Tool, which can be
found at: https://adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal

Just type Google External Keyword Tool into Google, and it is
usually the first search result...

There is a link in the upper right hand side of the page that
reads "Previous Interface"... Click on that link...

When the old interface loads, insert a keyword into the keyword
box and the captcha, then hit Submit...

In the old interface, there is a drop down box, just above the
suggested keywords and to the right... Click the down arrow and
load the column, "Show Estimated Avg CPC"...

In the new interface, add your base keywords and hit Search...
When the keyword suggestions are given, click the box that says
Columns in the upper right hand side of the results... Then check
the box that says, Estimated Avg. CPC and hit Save...

Once you have all of the necessary columns loaded into the search
results, you are going to pay close attention to two columns of
data:

1. Estimated Avg CPC; and

2. Local Search Volume or Global Search Volume.

What To Look At In The Keyword Search Results

I picked "flowers" as my initial keyword query...

The most expensive Avg CPC (Cost Per Click) is "flower
delivery" at $9.02 per click... The second most expensive is
"flowers" at $6.20 per click...

The phrase "flower delivery" generated approximately 1.2
million search queries in June of 2010... "flowers" generated
the highest search volume, with 37 million search queries...

A Better Google Adwords Strategy

Here is where things start getting exciting... Although it is
kind of tough to get excited by facts and figures...

Between "flowers" and "flower delivery", there are another
six keyword queries in the Monthly Search Volume column...

Here are those search phrases:

1. florist - 7.5 million queries - Avg CPC $3.43

2. floral - 7.5 million queries - Avg CPC $2.07

3. bouquet - 4 million queries - Avg CPC $0.87

4. florists - 2.75 million queries - Avg CPC $4.31

5. bouquets - 1.5 million queries - Avg CPC $1.23

6. wedding flowers - 1.2 million queries - Avg CPC $1.23

Has it hit you yet?

Let me lay it out for you...

These six keywords by themselves generate an average search
volume of 24 million searches a month... Granted, it is not the
same volume as "flowers" by itself, but it is close to that
number...

AND the average CPC on the set of six is $2.17...

Are you with me yet?

For what people pay to get the click for the word "flowers" by
itself, you could rank for six different keywords and get nearly
three times as many clicks for the same amount of money...

Against the most expensive keyword in the bunch, "flower
delivery", you can get exposed to nearly 20 times as many people
and be able to get four times as many clicks for the same money
invested...

Let The Silly People Wrestle Over The More Expensive Adwords

Those marketers who think that paying $6.20 and $9.02 for each
click on "flowers" and "flower delivery", respectively, are
going to make less money on sales conversions than you will,
because they are paying 2.85 to 4.15 times more than you are for
their traffic...

Let the silly people fight over those high traffic and high value
keywords; let them flush their profits down the toilet, while you
get that "less valuable" traffic that may convert at a smaller
percentage, but will still generate more profits than the big
keywords...

In my buddy's case, he is in a market where people are paying
$13 per click on the top three keyword queries... I advised him
of this technique, and now he is paying an average of 25 cents a
click to get access to a volume of search queries that combined
is five times larger than the search volume for the top three
search queries...

Not only does my buddy laugh hysterically when he pays his
Adwords bill, but he laughs like Santa Claus, "Ho, Ho, Ho..."
whenever he balances his books at the end of the month...

He laughs every month, nearly as hard as my wife does, when I
tell her that the reason she married me was that I was the best
looking guy she had ever dated...

I can hear her laughter echoing in my head right now... Make it
stop...

Savvy Online Gamblers Know Where To Get The Best
Copyright (c) 2010 Steve Briggs
Bonded Casinos
http://bondedcasinos.com/

Discussion forums are full of complaints about online casinos and
their approach to treatment of their customers with claims
ranging from being banned from the casino with their account
frozen because they were accused of bonus abuse when all they did
was to accept the promotion offers made to them, to the most
common way players get cheated when playing on line which is
simple non payment of a legitimate withdrawal request.

There is an ever growing population within the world of online
gambling however that seem to find the places which have bonus
offers with reasonable play-through requirements, to existing
players too, not just to new sign ups, and that extend that
appreciation to their loyal members beyond just the bonus
promotions by offering a reward for play, a sort of bonus for
having played.

The savvy veterans cash out their winnings on a regular basis
with seldom a reason for complaint, yet they take all the bonuses
offered to them, enjoy the loyalty rewards for play programs
which are offered at most reputable online casinos (check and see
if you need to formerly sign up for that aspect or ask support),
and between the bonuses gained on the front end of the deposited
money with the rewards for play loyalty program which is earned
for the gambling already completed, there is really a lot of
extras to be enjoyed but to get these things there are rules that
must be followed without fail.

1. Complete Proof of Identity Documents

Speaking of those rules, one that must be observed is the proof
of identity documents which must be faxed to the casino. Savvy
players get that out of the way as soon as possible, taking the
initiative to contact the cashier and ask if they can go ahead
and send in the necessary information, or if not, at least have
everything ready to be satisfied with little further effort.

This is what separates the savvy online group that has a
seemingly hassle-free experience from the groups that are left
with sour grapes. The rules are sometimes hard to understand but
the support agents are usually on hand twenty-four hours a day to
answer any questions that players may need answered.

2. Observe All Bonus Rules To The Detail

As far as the bonuses go, savvy players know that the bonus
play-through requirements are there because of abuse by what are
known as bonus chasers. This is a group that are apparently too
savvy for their own good, because they take bonuses and play a
strategic approach designed to take advantage of the promotions
offered. That is not why they are put out by the casinos. The
bonus offers are to entice new players to come in and see that
the casino truly does have fair-odds games, and as a result, they
would become regular visitors.

In fact this is what has caused the play-through requirements to
become so specifically detailed, with such a zero tolerance for
breaking the rules. The casinos are having trouble finding a
happy medium where they can financially afford to make such great
offers yet still be picked apart by the chasers who will
literally cash out whatever amount they are ahead when they have
met the play-through requirements, regardless of how small
amount.

It ruins a good thing for the legitimate folks because all those
small amounts add up over the big picture and does serious damage
to the casino's bottom line so these kind of players are hated
by management because they have really twisted the whole approach
to gambling.

3. Play Beyond Minimum Requirements / Don't Cash Out Small
Amounts

Savvy players, the really smart ones, they will play beyond the
bare minimum far enough to not look like a chaser and being true
gamblers, they will seldom cash out a small amount. They either
want a decent win, or to go home having spent the bankroll they
expected to lose when they entered into the establishment.

4. Choose From A Reputable Affiliate-Owned Site / Newsletter

Savvy players know the right places to go too. They find them by
taking advantage of one of the least appreciated aspects of
online gambling which is actually one of the biggest reasons that
there are as many casinos of quality, that exist.

Smart gamblers choose their casinos from a reputable casino
portal or gambling guide. In the industry they are known as
affiliates. These places never cost the player anything. They are
paid by the casino a commission for having sent the player which
would have otherwise been spent on advertising. The affiliate
model is by far the most cost-efficient means of gaining new
players so there is no arguing the casino would have otherwise
spent much more money to have gained that new customer if not for
the affiliate.

Better for the player is that by having chosen the casino through
the affiliate they arrive in the shadow of an entity which should
it become disappointed with the way in which its people are
treated, will pull its considerable amount of support away from
there and what that means is that if the casino shafts you, and
you complain to the site where you chose it, the affiliate could
conceivably stop sending what amounts to possibly hundreds if not
thousands of new players, each of which could possibly be the
next high roller of the century.

Should the person arrive having typed in the casino name in their
browser or through a search engine, what does the casino stand to
lose if they mistreat that player? At most, that one person and
perhaps a few people they might tell of their plight. An
unscrupulous casino could continue on forever with only that kind
of collateral damage.

There are even some affiliates who are very proactive in warning
players of unscrupulous casinos and in the case of this writer's
network which includes my flagship bondedcasinos.com, we even
offer a cash guarantee on our recommendations which protects the
player's money if we send you to a bad casino.

To sum up what sets the smart online gambler apart from the
others is the attention to detail on following the terms and
conditions of a bonus offer, playing a little further than is the
minimum effort required, always having the fax-back information
completed or ready to go and choosing their casinos from an
affiliate website instead of just wondering in to the casino
through a search engine or some other means where they cannot be
cradled in the arms of an entity which represents much more
business for the casino than just one person.

How To Choose The Right Rug For A Room

Choosing the right area rug for a room goes beyond simply
selecting a rug that you like. Existing factors within the room
will determine the rug you should select. A common mistake many
people make is merely selecting the rug they like best, without
taking into account how it will work in the room. Factors such as
floor color, furniture color, wall color, and the amount of
natural light a room receives will dictate what type of rug you
choose.

The first and most important variable that needs to be considered
is the color of the larger elements in the room. These elements
include wall color, sofa color, and drapery color. You should
select a rug that complements or enhances this existing palette.
In addition, the patterns of these elements will also play a role
in selecting the appropriate rug. A general rule of thumb to
follow is not to overdo it in selecting an identical pattern.
However, you do want to select a pattern that coincides with the
current theme of the room. Finally, floor color should be taken
into account as well. Lighter colored floors look best with a rug
of rich, deeper colors, and the contrast of a light area rug on a
darker toned floor is striking.

The amount of foot traffic a room receives, as well as the
lifestyle of those using your room, should be considered when
choosing the material of your rug. Wool rugs are not only the
most popular, but also surprisingly resilient. Most stains and
dirt can be easily removed from a wool rug, in addition to the
fact that wool provides good durability. Often times machine made
rugs consisting of artificial fabrics are slightly easier to
clean but don't offer the same durability as wool rugs.

Another important factor to consider is rug size. The existing
furniture layout in the room will determine the size of the rug
you select. Choose a rug that is large enough to cover the
flooring under your major pieces of furniture. For example, in a
dining room the rug should cover at least the floor space under
the dining room table. You should also leave at least 24 inches
of visible floor space around the edges of the room.

Lastly, natural light plays a significant role in creating a
feeling of space in a room. A lack of natural light can be made
up for by decorating with lighter colored furniture, walls, and
of course area rugs. By following these simple rules and
thoughtfully selecting an area rug, you will be well on your way
to creating a pleasing look in any space you decorate.

The body is a brilliant creation that is inherently strong and
designed to heal itself without synthetic intervention. Long
before Western medicine was developed, many people understood
that by strengthening the immune system and bringing balance to
the body, the human body could be expected to heal itself.
Allopathic medicine is not completely estranged from this
concept. Naturopathic doctors, though not officially recognized
in all areas of the U.S., practice a branch of medicine that
follows the premise that the body possesses an innate wisdom and
healing capability.

While our American society does offer some natural health care
choices such as naturopathic and chiropractic, the majority of
our population still seems to rely heavily on the pills and
prescriptions that our mainstream medicine is known for. With
regard to allergies, however, there is a growing movement of
naturally oriented physicians that are doing some outstanding
work in allergy elimination. Early research shows that about 80%
of patients who have tried energy-based allergy treatment have
experienced lasting results. These results are quite impressive
when you consider that they include food allergies, a type of
allergy elimination that has evaded traditional doctors for
decades.

One natural allergy treatment that has grown in popularity is
NAET, or the Nambudripad Allergy Elimination Technique. Dr.
Nambudripad has trained hundreds of chiropractors and other
health professionals to administer this energy-based treatment in
their offices. Energy-based allergy practitioners follow an
age-old Chinese medicine paradigm in which vital energy is
thought to flow in the human body through special channels called
meridians. When the energy is flowing freely, health and wellness
exists. However, when the vital energy is not flowing properly,
that is an indicator of illness or allergies.

NAET and other energy-based allergy approaches utilize muscle
testing to identify allergies and sensitivities. Otherwise known
as applied kinesiology, this can be a very quick, effective, and
painless method of discovering what you're allergic to. An NAET
doctor can have patients lie down on a table while they hold an
allergen vial; the vial contains the same energy signature as the
real allergen it represents, so it is convenient for the doctors
to work with these vials. Patients may extend one arm upward and
the doctor will ask them to resist while he presses down on their
wrist. This tests the strength of the deltoid muscle of the
shoulder; if an allergy or sensitivity exists, the patient won't
be able to resist the doctor's pressure and his or her arm will
fall downward toward the table.

With energy-based allergy treatments like NAET, after a
patient's allergies are identified, they are treated. A patient
will hold an allergen vial while the doctor or practitioner
applies spinal manipulation, or the doctor might stimulate a
sequence of acupressure points along the patient's body. After a
brief waiting period in which the patient holds the allergen
vial, the doctor will muscle test that patient again to ascertain
whether the treatment was a success. Frequently, the treatment
will have been a success on the first attempt. Moreover,
patients' allergies are often eliminated permanently! Keep in
mind that energy-based treatments can work for children and
infants as well, as doctors can use a surrogate treatment method
that utilizes a parent during testing and treatment.

Recently, there has been an interesting development in the field
of energy-based allergy treatment. Some physicians are starting
to offer a do-it-yourself system in which patients can eliminate
their allergies at home, the advantage being a lower cost to
patients as well as the convenience of fewer trips to the
doctor's office. An excellent example is the method offered by
Dr. Sandi Radomski. In her book, Meridian Laser Technique,
patients are taught how to treat their own allergies using a
small, inexpensive cold laser that functions at a special
frequency. In order to treat their allergies, patients simply tap
on some acupressure points and stimulate others with the laser.
Wow, how about that; would you like to be your own allergy
doctor?

Do Nice Guys Fail In Internet Marketing For Online Businesses?
Copyright (c) 2010 Ryan Parenti
Build Online Wealth
http://buildonlinewealth.com/crazyfreeoffer

Todd was in trouble. Our internet marketing training for online
business was selling like crazy. Orders were coming from
everywhere. We were able to get outside help, but it wasn't
enough.

We stopped advertising, but the orders still kept coming and we
were in way over our head.

OK, I know what you're thinking "how is that a bad thing?" but
we didn't have any system step up for product fulfillment and we
under estimated the impact our marketing would have.

The truth is if you want to build a real business, it needs to be
scalable. Here are the lessons learned from that fatal day and
the take aways you can use to build your business the right way.

1. You Need To Figure Out Yourself Before You Grow A Business

You need to know yourself and exactly what your good at. This is
important because if you are not good a HTML then you do not want
to build and grow your business by doing HTML.

Instead you should clearly define, understand, and build a
business around your strengths.

2. You Need To Find The Big Money Opportunity (The Market)

Look at the market to find out what to sell. The goal is to
determine what they want then go out and give it to them.

The market will show you where the big money opportunities are.

The money is in developing a clear vision of the biggest
opportunity in your target market then developing an action plan
to take advantage of it.

3. You Need A Compelling Offer

Your offer (what your trying to sell) must be of high value and
provide a high return on investment. It almost must be positioned
in a way that compels people to take action and purchase your
offer.

You want to create an irresistible offer that provides a solid
benefit and deliver it in a believable fashion.

4. Develop A Marketing System

Marketing your product or service is the way you get the word
out.

Advertisements, SEO and email marketing are all effective ways to
find and retain new prospects.

Discover which avenue of marketing you will take, then execute it
masterfully.

5. Build YOUR Business With Help

You need to scale your business by determining profitable actions
then turning them into automated systems of duplicate-able and
unmanaged creation through the help of smart, dedicated and
qualified employees.

I am telling you to discover what actions make you money then
train and employ others to complete these actions on a daily or
weekly basis (if possible).

Make sure your team members carry the same vision of business
that you have.

You are paying more for their mind and creative thinking than any
brute work, so it is essential that they understand where you
want to go so they can help you get there.

First a quick word of caution: When many people think of hiring
help then they of getting the cheapest labor when the truth is
you need to find and hire the right people, then do what it takes
to keep them.

Good people are very hard to find and you need these people if
you want to have a successful business.

6. Everything Should Be Reduced Down To A Number

You can and should measure every aspect of your business so you
can determine what is working and what isn't.

Track sales conversions, employee performance, how you're doing,
and the level of success you are achieving towards your goals.

You can't improve anything you can't measure.

So track everything you can so you can make incremental
improvements to your operational systems like marketing, sales
conversation and lifetime customer value.

7. Alliance Partners Increase Growth Rapidly

The easiest way to grow your business is by leveraging other
people's resources. You can do this by developing relationships
with other related businesses.

There are many advantages of joint ventures and having an
affiliate program can easily increase your income times 10.

Structure your business to allow other people to sell and grow
your business with you, by creating and promoting an affiliate
program and developing joint venture relationships.

8. Develop Product Creation Systems

Set up a team of people to create your products. Perhaps you
might need one person to do the market research to see what
people are buying and to do keyword research.

Once completed they can then hand over the information to a
person who creates graphics and a sales page. Then they can
forward the information to a ghost writer who completes the
product. This can all happen seamlessly once you develop the
system.

Identify which types of products you will create, then develop a
team (or a system) to create and market you product for you.

9. Build a Business That Your Completely Free From

Develop systems within the business that make sure profitable
steps are taken without you having to do them. Try to set up your
business so the business will build without you.

This was the mistake Todd and I made. The day to day operational
issues, like product fulfillment, needed to be delegated.

If I only I knew then what I knew now we could have avoided the
horror of a business that does too well - like a train going too
fast and running off the track.

So the answer is "Yes!" nice guys finish last... if they don't
have the proper system set up.

The only question is are you ready to improve your system?

Unhealthy Relationship Myths That You Should Know About

Sometimes, being in a love relationship is so scary that we'll
destroy it just to get out.

What? Destroy your own relationship? You worked so hard to get
it! That doesn't make sense.... or does it?

On the surface, you think that being in love is the greatest
thing since sliced bread, but underneath you're flailing and
kicking and trying to get back to the status quo, which is you
being alone and miserable. It sucks, but you're used to life
there. If Alone and Miserable were a bar, everybody there would
know your name.

Did you know that this self-destruction business is coded into
your DNA? Yep, you're hard-wired to do this stuff. (What's up
with that?) We have a flight or fight instinct. Back in the day,
it was what made you either beat up the caveman who stole your
cavewoman or run away because he was wearing saber-toothed tiger
furs, which meant he was obviously more aggressive than you were.

Nowadays, when things get too emotionally difficult, our fight or
flight response is triggered and we start doing crazy things like
stalking your lover's house at 2am to see if there's a strange
car in the driveway or hacking into their email to see whom
they've been chatting with.

But there's a light at the end of this tunnel! You're not stuck
at the Alone and Miserable bar forever. In fact, once you become
aware of the things you're doing to sabotage your relationships,
you can work toward stopping those behaviors and saying goodbye
to Alone and Miserable and hello to Happy and Attached.

What Are You Afraid Of In This Relationship?

Find your fears. Do you have any deep-seated beliefs about love
relationships that have influenced how you view this one?

Do you love yourself? Are your fears based on current facts or
speculations based on horrible past relationships? Are you
engaging in "Worst Case Scenario" thinking? What usually
motivates you to start acting crazy and doing self-destructive
things? Do you feel better after doing them or worse? (Most
likely, you feel worse and have only exacerbated the problem!
Does that tell you anything?)

Look Inside

Are you causing the problems in your relationship? It's a tough
question. A lot of people have problems admitting when they are
the one in the wrong.

Think about the bad experiences you had in your relationship. Did
they all start after you triggered them?

For example, did you always fight when you were drunk? Did
arguments start up because you wanted to wake her for sex at 3am
when she had to be at work by 7? Do you throw a fit when he
forgets to take out the garbage?

Ouch. Maybe you are the problem.

It doesn't make you a horrible person. (Okay, it might, but even
horrible people can learn from their mistakes and become better!)

Remember that humans are very easily conditioned to behave in
certain ways based on their past experiences. (If you remember
back to Psychology class, there was that guy Pavlov who
conditioned dogs to drool at the sound of a bell. It's the same
for you except you've conditioned yourself to freak out and get
super possessive whenever you're in love. Personally, I'd
rather drool.)

You can totally re-condition yourself to avoid these relationship
destruction tendencies! It will take a while and it will take
being 100% honest with yourself, but it's do-able.

The key is to focus on the moment. Do not project thoughts into
the future or drag up memories of the past. Live in the right
now.

It might be time to seek help so you can work out your emotions
with someone who has helped others through similar problems. It
may seem like an impossible dream, but if you fix yourself, you
could very well salvage a relationship you thought was doomed.

Consumers with broken laptop screens will usually take their
computer to an electronics repair store or replace the laptop
altogether. A broken laptop screen still has a perfectly
functioning machine underneath and with just a screwdriver and a
manual you can replace the screen yourself and save. This task is
much easier than it sounds and the job can be done in less than
an hour with the proper set of instructions.

LCD screens are one of the most delicate parts of a laptop
computer so they can easily break when placed under pressure or
dropped. If your laptop screen has been dropped, you should
perform a quick diagnostic to find out if anything else has been
broken. Use the VGA port to connect to a monitor to determine if
all the other components are working. If the rest of the computer
works find, then it is time to start looking for a screen
replacement.

However, if the external monitor does not work either, then the
problem may not be the LCD. If the back screen shuts down after a
few minutes of use, flickers, or does not turn on at all, then
you may need to change the inverter. This small board supplies
power to the backlight, which is far cheaper than replacing LCD
screens. The motherboard circuitry could also cause problems if
you see lines, gibberish, or one solid screen color.

When purchasing an LCD replacement, you will need to get the
exact same model as your old screen. Take off the broken screen
and look around the back for a label or manufacturing number. The
code usually consists of a few letters, which is followed by a
set of numbers. Some manufacturers use different screen varieties
for the same laptop model, so the exact code will insure you get
the proper replacement. For example any screen model that starts
with the letters "LTN" is manufactured by Samsung.

Once you have the screen product number, you are ready to find a
replacement screen. The most common place to look is at the
notebook manufacturer, but you will likely have to pay the
premium price. The cheapest option is to find a second-hand
screen or search online. Many stores automatically assume that
replacing the screen is part of the service when purchasing a new
one from them, so you should specify that you will be doing the
job yourself and just need a replacement screen.

You should have a decent level of experience with electronics and
computers before trying to replace a LCD screen. It may be
helpful to have a visual guide to show the exact steps needed to
do the job. You should also learn about the exact computer you
have, because the fittings for each laptop will vary due to the
brand. Some laptops have their screen glued into the frame. In
these cases, it may be simpler to replace the entire cover.
However, if you have experience with disassembling computers, it
may be a better choice to leave the task to a professional.

Confined Space Rescue Teams - In-House or Outside?
Copyright (c) 2010 Rathi Niyogi
CriticalTool, Inc.
http://www.criticaltool.com/

When you have permit-required confined spaces at your facility,
you are required to establish procedures for how a worker is
rescued from the space in the event of an injury or accident.
Basically, there are two options for rescue: use in-house
personnel to rescue the worker by entering the confined space and
use outside emergency personnel to rescue workers. (A third
option, rescuing the workers in a confined space using in-house
personnel who do not enter the space is can also be utilized.
However, since, should they fail, another rescue option would
need to be employed, it is really a subset of these two.)

Points To Consider

Utilizing an in-house rescue team for confined space rescue
involves significant time, effort, and resources. For that
reason, it is important to carefully consider whether or not you
want to have an in-house rescue team (or even if, given
circumstances and resource limitation, whether you are able to)
or outside emergency services. Here are some things to consider
when deciding what type of rescue team is appropriate:

Outside rescue services:

  * What response time will be required? If you have confined
spaces that include IDLH (immediately dangerous to life and
health) atmospheres, it will require a much quicker response time
(one which, in effect, requires that a rescue team be standing by
outside the space) than a space that only has mechanical hazards.

  * How quickly can outside services reach your facility? If
you're fortunate enough to be located immediately adjacent to a
fire station that is staffed 24/7, then it makes your decision to
use outside services much easier. Most facilities aren't that
lucky. You need to consider how close outside emergency services
are, average response time, and staffing-volunteer services are
likely to take a few minutes more to arrive than a services
dispatching from a regularly staffed station. If outside services
cannot meet the response time needed for rescue, then you will
need to develop your own in-house team.

  * Is the outside service willing to provide confined space
rescue at your facility? Particularly in times of tight budgets,
training for emergency services may not be adequate to perform
appropriate confined space rescue, and they may not be able to
take on the additional training (and possible equipment purchase)
to provide confined space rescue that is specific to your
facility. OSHA has indicated that an employer may not rely on a
rescuer who has declined to provide rescue services.

If you do select an outside service for confined space rescue, it
is incumbent upon you as the employer to contact the service and
ensure that they meet OSHA requirements (training, equipment,
etc.) for confined space rescue.

Inside rescue services:

  * How will you staff the rescue team? If you use an in-house
rescue team, you need to know who will be on that team. Can you
break those workers free from their work when there is an
emergency quickly enough to make a timely rescue? Do you have
multiple shifts where confined space entry takes place and can
you ensure that you have the appropriate rescue personnel are
available on all of those shifts?

  * Are you willing to commit to training the rescue team? Rescue
teams need to know far more than simple confined space entry.
They need to know how to enter all of the types of confined
spaces on your facility, including those that may have IDLH
atmospheres; rescue techniques for each of the confined spaces on
your facility; medical evaluation of an injured worker and first
aid; and proper "packaging" of an injured worker for transport
out of a confined space. Training also needs to include hands-on
practice with the rescue equipment they will use in a space or
spaces (or similar spaces) where they will perform rescues and
needs to be regularly refreshed to ensure the team maintains its
skills.

  * Are you willing to commit to purchasing the appropriate rescue
equipment? Rescue equipment specific for your situation, such as
winches, monitoring equipment, and personal protective equipment
(PPE) such as airline respirators with escape bottles or SCBA
(self-contained breathing apparatus) need to be available for the
rescue team. Once purchased, the equipment needs to be properly
maintained so that it is immediately available in the event of an
emergency.

Retire From Your Full Time Job With The Best Internet Business To Start
Copyright (c) 2010 Ryan Parenti
Build Online Wealth

Do you know how many people are quietly earning a six or seven
figure income from information publishing?

People like you who are earning it from the comfort of their
spare room, with no employees, no overhead and almost pure
profit?

Without a doubt the best way to make money online is to sell
information products. Why?

You don't have any costs to produce products, it is easy to do,
and you can get started today. The trick to building an internet
business is to have the right frame work in place.

Here Are The 4 Steps To Building A Cash Pulling Information
Empire

1. First you need to develop a product to give away for people to
join your mailing list. You can create an ebook, and audio, or
video solving your markets biggest problem.

You give this to them as an ethical bribe in exchange for them to
sign up for your mailing list.

This is important because you need to follow up with your
prospects for long term success.

2. You need to develop a product to sell. I highly recommend a
high quality product that you sell for less than it is worth.

You see... the goal is to build life long customers and have a
wide range of information products to sell. You want to "get
them hooked" with a nice low priced product that gives them more
value than they expected.

3. Give your customers a chance to buy another product at a
reduced price during the order process. Similar to how
McDonald's has "would you like fries with that?" You need to
add an upsell in the order flow.

This will easily increase your income by 30%!

After they purchase give them the chance to buy closely related
products for a deep discount. Many times they will buy and you
will increase your profits with this one simple step.

You can also downsell your upsell if they don't buy. Here is how
to do that.

If they do not take the upsell you can give them a chance to buy
the same thing at a lower price. This will increase your income
even more.

BUT WAIT!? Why would I sell my products for a lower price? Well,
when you are selling a digital download it is OK to sell it at
whatever price you want. That is why information marketing is
king.

4. After they have consumed your product you simply create and
sell more closely related products to your growing base of raving
fans.

It is important that every customer turns into a raving fan. You
do that by giving them an insane value for a low low price.

Well, it doesn't have to be a low price but it should be an
amazing value - an irresistible offer. It is very important that
you have a high quality product that over deliverers.

Here Is The Easy Way To Create Raving Fan Customer Who Buy
Everything You Have To Sell!

Simply take your prospects from where they are to where they want
to be.

Every step of your marketing should take them one step further to
their desires end result. When you get people closer to their
desired end result not only does their trust in you increase but
also their desire for your products. Here is an example:

Let's say you work in the dating market selling information
products teaching men to get over their fears when approaching
women and teach them how to build a real quality life long
relationship.

An ethical bribe to get someone to join your mailing list would
be something like "10 Easy Ways To Talk To A Women And Get Her
Phone Number."

Your prospect comes to your site downloads your report and joins
your mailing list then goes out and gets a girls phone number. He
is excited and but has NO IDEA what to do next.

Luckily 2 days later you send him a message in your mailing list
sequence telling him what to say on the phone to get her to go on
the first date.

He uses the technique and is one step closer to his desired end
result.

Not only does he now trust you be he also has increased his
desire for your product!

Now your prospect has gotten results in advance and instantly
goes to your website and buys your training course on "How To
Create The Fairy-tail 1st Date That Will Leave Them Wanting
More."

That is how you build an internet business :)

The only question is are you ready to start generating your own
cash windfalls?

5 Reasons to Hire a Ghost Producer for Your Video Content

The principle known as the division of labor argues that when
people have sufficient resources available, they begin to
specialize in different tasks, allowing more complex and
profitable work to be done. The industrial revolution was based
on this principle - as machines were provided that reduced the
number of farmhands needed to grow crops, jobs requiring
mechanics for the maintenance of these machines arose. More
people were available to work in factories, which became
increasingly specialized, and technology rocketed forward as a
result.

In the branding world, the importance of dividing labor among
various staff cannot be stressed highly enough. There are
specialties for every conceivable task out there, and it is rare
that you find someone who can competently handle all of them,
much less excel. Further, since excellence sets a good brand
apart from others, we must seek out the best specialists whenever
possible.

When it comes to producing an online video component, such as a
webisode series or informational campaign, it's time to hire
such an expert to ghost-produce your materials. Ghost-production
is the development of materials that will go out solely under the
brand name, without necessarily attributing the creator in the
process. As will be discussed shortly, there are many advantages
in this approach for all involved.

Advantage #1 - Specialization

As mentioned above, the power to specialize is a unique and
effective thing. It frees one of the need to focus in many
directions, allowing him to devote more time and energy to the
tasks most needing his exact expertise. S0 the advantage in
hiring someone specifically trained to work on the video produced
becomes self-evident.

What's more, video is a process that requires a specialized
touch. There are concerns about lighting, quality of image versus
likelihood of users' Internet speeds, issues about the exact
perfect length of a video, and so on. While it is true that just
about anyone can make and distribute a video with a half-decent
digital camera and a YouTube account, there is no argument but
that those most familiar and capable with the medium can achieve
the greatest results.

Advantage #2 - External Perspective

As in all cases of hiring outside personnel to handle projects
related to a brand, the value of a close but still external
perspective cannot be overestimated. A ghost producer typically
is not an employee of the brand company, but a contractor. They
don't have the intimate personal involvement with the brand, yet
they do care for its success because they want to get paid and be
recognized as a good partner. So they can make objective
assessments that might escape those more directly immersed in the
program.

It's said that no one is a harsher critic than oneself; however,
at the same time, no one can deceive like oneself, either. Many
people have the tendency to focus on what they perceive as
exciting and vital about their brand without noticing the
discomfiting facts about it. A ghost producer can provide a bit
of perspective and open up fresh ideas that may not otherwise
present themselves.

Advantage #3 - Expense Control

Another advantage of the specialization effect is that many
professional video producers have their own equipment, or at
least access to some. With some careful research, a brand can
contract with such a talent and alleviate the need to acquire
equipment directly.

Additionally, if the video project is intended to be a short-term
effort within the larger context of the brand, it means that the
company can acquire talent for the duration of the project and no
longer. Rather than hiring someone and going through all the
routines required to bring them into employ, the brand can
contract their services and then cheerfully part ways at the end
with all parties satisfied.

Advantage #4 - Flexibility

There is one concern that is always raised about the ghostwriting
or ghost producing process: Why would any creative sort surrender
the rights to his work? The answer is for career training and
flexibility.

Particularly in the early stages of a producer's career,
anonymity can be a great asset. It allows the creator to gain
on-the-job experience without risking his reputations early.
Additionally, while he may be justifiably proud of his work when
he produces it, he may have a different view later in his career
and be more comfortable if those early efforts did not gain as
much notice as later ones. Ghost productions therefore allow a
comfortable period of adjustment to this career of choice.

Advantage #5 - The Sly Aside

Just as a ghost-producing effort could be a trial run for a
budding artist's career efforts, it can serve equally as a trial
run for a hiring process. Hiring several producers over time to
make different branding campaigns can save the brand the money of
retaining them full time, while allowing the brand to find the
style it is most comfortable with before sending that artist an
offer of employ. None of this need be stated outright during the
campaign, but it is often understood that this might well be the
case, and a strong brand will take advantage of the effect.

Sometimes the problem that we're dealing with isn't necessarily
a matter of the stress itself, but rather the way we're
approaching it. After all, we can't lay all the blame on outside
forces - we do make our own problems just as often.

Fortunately, this also means that we can correct those same
problems that we've made. Most of the difficulties we find
ourselves engineering are easily controlled and modified with a
bit of careful effort.

The best example of this situation is in our tendency to over
commit ourselves to various tasks, trying to give everyone our
personal attention when this clearly is not always possible. We
want to be responsible people and live up to our best ability,
but that shouldn't come at the expense of our health and mental
well-being. What we need to learn to do is analyze, categorize
and prioritize our efforts.

Step One - Analyze

Just knowing more about our problems can help us do what needs to
be done to get them under control. This is why our Stop Stressing
program puts such an emphasis on keeping personal logs. If
you've been keeping up with your stress log, you already have a
great tool to help you start organizing your tasks.

Look at your stress log for the last two weeks. See what kinds of
tasks keep coming up, as well as looking at those that only
appear every now and then, or on single occasions. Don't make
any decisions just yet; you're trying to study, not act.

Consider what is involved in each of these stressors. Did you
have to commit to a long-term effort? Could someone else have
handled it? Did it genuinely have to be done right away, or could
it have waited? Consider these sorts of questions for each
stressor you've encountered lately.

Step Two - Categorize

Now that you have a bit more of a picture about the specific
events that are bringing you stress, let's look at the ones that
you can control vs. the ones you can't.

Uncontrollable stressors are ones that we really can't deal with
directly. This would include difficult traffic, a bad heat wave,
being sick or just having a highly demanding work environment.
There are ways to deal with each of these, but they focus largely
on our own responses rather than being able to change the
environment itself.

Those within our ability to control are usually our tasks. These
are projects that have to be finished, chores that need to be
done, and plans that have to be kept.

Divide the list into these two categories, and set aside the ones
you can't deal with. We'll cover those another time; for now,
let's focus on the task-oriented category, which we can and do
deal with ourselves.

Step Three - Prioritize

Remember that we asked the questions about whether a project
genuinely needed our direct attention and if it needed to be done
immediately. It's time to apply these answers and break tasks
into the Do, Defer or Delegate process.

First, go through the list and look at the projects as a whole.
If a task genuinely requires your attention, and needs to be done
as soon as possible - such as a deadline assignment given to you
at work - then it should be rated priority A. Avoid the
temptation to put too much into this priority category, as that
defeats the purpose of this exercise. For help, consider
explaining the tasks you feel tempted to rate as "A" to your
stress buddy or a partner at work. Ask them if they feel the task
really must be done by you, or done now, and why they think the
way they do.

Priority B is for tasks that still need your attention, but
wouldn't collapse without your immediate intervention. This is a
good way to free up time for priority A concerns. It relieves the
stress of having to juggle too many things right at once, as well
as making you feel confident about the project - you aren't
ignoring it. Instead, you've scheduled it for a proper time when
you can deal with it the best way, instead of rushing it.

Priority C is one of the strongest tools available, but we often
skip it because we don't want to burden others. C tasks don't
require your intervention at all, and can be delegated out to
others. Perhaps someone else knows more about the matter than you
do, and can handle it better. Getting tasks off our plate
entirely is a great way to allow us to concentrate on A and B
priorities.

If you're still feeling awkward about passing matters off to
another party, remember not to make the decision yourself. Ask
your stress buddy if they can help you, either by taking a task
off your plate or recommending someone who'd be good at the
particular task you need dealt with. This takes the decision
partly out of your hands and relieves the burden of it - you
aren't making the decision for someone else without their input,
but are rather bringing them in based on advice.

Marketing Tip: Buying Leads And Lead Generation Is Tough
Copyright (c) 2010 Marty Bradfield
Multiple Traffic Streams Report
http://thephantomwriters.com/ebooks/multiple-traffic-streams.html

There are a lot of industries where business people rely upon
buying leads to drive new business for them... For example:
colleges and other schools, insurance agents, real estate
professionals, mortgage brokers, and network marketers are
constantly buying leads to find new prospects...

Leads are nothing more than people who have already shown an
interest in purchasing what you sell... Leads can be purchased
for as little as one dollar each and as much as $100 each,
depending on many factors, but more importantly on the industry
for which the leads have been collected...

The factors that can influence the cost of a lead includes:

  * Industry;

  * Source of lead;

  * Quality of lead;

  * Age of lead; and

  * Number of times that lead has been sold.

The first person to buy the lead will always pay the highest
price for the lead...

I was reviewing one company that specialized in generating leads
for the auto insurance industry... The first person to buy that
lead was charged $25 for the lead... The person buying the lead
was only guaranteed the first contact for a period of three
days...

The second person to buy that same lead received no guarantee of
second contact... The second through the eighth person to buy the
lead paid approximately $12 for the lead... This set of business
people were only assured that the lead was less than seven days
old...

During the second week, after the lead was generated, the lead
generation company would discount the lead by another 50% and
offer it to another seven insurance agents for another week...

The dirty little secret of buying leads is that by the time you
get those leads that cost under $10 to purchase, chances are very
good that your lead has already made a purchase or a purchase
decision...

If you count yourself lucky to have found leads for only a couple
dollars each, be advised that those leads are likely at least 30
days old and the person has already been contacted dozens of
times...

Quality Of Lead

You will hear many people, who are in the business of buying
leads, talk about the perceived quality of the leads they buy...

Business people are accustomed to being told no, but when it
takes 20 or 30 phone calls to get a sale, the lead is perceived
to be very low quality...

The age of a lead and the number of times that the lead has been
sold will be a really good indicator of the quality of the lead
that is being purchased... That should be pretty obvious to
everyone involved...

But, there is another factor that should be measured into the
quality of a lead that is far less understood...

How did the lead generation company acquire the lead?

These days, a lot of companies utilize the Internet to develop
new leads that they can sell... Other companies use television
advertising to generate the leads they sell...

If you watch any television at all, you will have seen the
commercials for companies that develop leads to sell to other
companies...

For example:

  * There is the girl in her pajamas and fuzzy slippers, who talks
about how she can go to college from the comfort of her home and
in her pajamas... That advertisement is for a company that
specializes in selling leads to various schools and colleges...

  * Without giving free advertising to any specific company, there
is another company that advertises the availability of
work-at-home opportunities that promise people that they can work
part-time at home and generate an income of $3-$5000 per month...

Now that you have read this article and seen these examples, the
next time you see those commercials, your eyes will be opened...

Lead generation companies have a real challenge to overcome...

Not only do they need to reach the right people and to reach them
in volume, they also have to target their lead generation
precisely for a specific industry...

Real estate leads is perhaps one of the easiest ways to make this
distinction... Say for example an individual indicates an
interest to move from New York to Texas... Texas is an awful big
state... If the prospect indicated an interest to move to
Corsicana Texas, connecting that person to a real estate agent in
Dallas Texas is probably a bad idea... Sure, it is only an
hours' drive away, but if you have ever been there, the two
locations are as different as night and day...

Corsicana Texas is a small town of approximately 25,000
residents, located 55 miles south of Dallas Texas on Interstate
45... It sits just outside of the Dallas-Fort Worth-Arlington
Metropolitan Area, which has an estimated 6.5 million
residents...

The average real estate agent in the Dallas-Fort Worth-Arlington
Metropolitan Area will be unprepared to find homes and to show
homes in the Corsicana Texas area...

The point is that the quality of the lead will often be
determined by the precision used to define the lead...

Buying Leads Versus Lead Generation

If you should choose to do your own lead generation, the quality
of the leads that you generate will often be light years ahead of
the quality of the leads that you can buy...

However, generating your own leads can be time-consuming and
expensive... The problem most business people face when trying to
generate their own leads is bringing enough traffic to a website
to justify the cost of doing so...

Depending on the industry and the lifetime value of a customer,
your capacity to generate leads may not require a lot of
volume...

If you are able to develop an effective lead generation system
for your business, you may only need to generate an additional 5
to 10 leads per month in order to keep your business
profitable...

If you choose to go the route of developing your own lead
generation website and system, it would serve you well to learn
the traffic generation techniques that professional online
marketers use everyday...

There are many places online where you can go to learn about
developing targeted traffic to your website, traffic that is
pre-qualified for your offer, thereby increasing the quality of
the leads that you are able to generate for yourself...

If you choose to develop your own lead generation funnel, the
best investment you will make towards the success of your
business will be the education that you give yourself about how
to drive traffic to your website and market your business
online...

How To Profit From Really Inexpensive Website Traffic

All online marketers eventually realize that a steady flow of
targeted traffic is the very life's blood of their online
business.

At that point some decide to focus on generating free traffic via
methods such as article marketing and search engine optimization.
That's how I generated most of my website traffic for many
years.

Other marketers look at the time and effort involved, and decide
that using traffic from paid sources is more cost-effective.
Given that I now manage dozens of my own, and clients projects,
and a dozen virtual employees, I've evolved to where buying
traffic often makes more sense.

While most people think of pay-per-click traffic such as Google
AdWords, I actually focus on MUCH cheaper paid traffic which
offers a much higher return-on-investment. That's what I'd like
to teach you to do today.

Before we get into a few simple and easy methods, let's
establish a few rules that you should always follow. They are:

1) Make sure that the traffic you buy is targeted. These should
be individuals actively looking for what you have to sell. They
should be in a buying mode.

2) You should know your source. Do your due diligence and
actually check them out. Google their name or their company name
and see what is being said about them. Contact people who gave
them testimonials and see how satisfied they are with that buying
decision today. Look their site up on "The Way Back Machine" at
http://Archive.org and see how their business has evolved over
the years and get a feel for how long they have actually been in
business.

3) Know specifically how this traffic is generated. You want to
know both the methodology and the general demographics of the
traffic.

Several years ago, one of my subscribers who violated all three
of the above rules, lost $4000 in about a month. He was promoting
a network marketing "opportunity," and was advised to buy
leads. So he went to an online company and plopped down $4000 of
his retirement fund for some guaranteed traffic.

He did indeed get the guaranteed visitors (several thousand) of
them but not a single one of them converted (joined his team).
Some did fill in his opt-in form for more information but they
were just curious.

It turns out that the way the company he purchased the leads
from, delivered that was traffic via pop-unders. A person would
visit a site pertaining to something they were marginally
interested in, and while they were reading a page, another pay
would load underneath. When the surfer closed the top page, he
saw my subscriber's page.

The problem was that most of these surfers had absolutely no
interest in what my subscriber was offering. The curiosity
seekers who filled out the form basically sent my subscriber on a
wild goose chase as he followed up with all of those who left a
phone number. NONE of them proved to be really interested.

Now that you know not to fall for that or similar scams, let me
tell you FIVE ways that I generate a flood of highly-target
website traffic, often for less than a penny per click.

1) I buy keyword-rich domain names to capture type-in traffic.
These can be brand new domains or they can be aged domains that
may even be still indexed in the major search engines. Even if
they are not still indexed, some search engines seem to favor
aged domains which are readily available.

Many surfer, looking to buy a product, mistakenly type their
search term into the browser bar rather than the search box. If
you happen to own that term (as a domain name) the traffic will
often be redirected to your site. Even if the surfer enters the
search term in the search box, your site will often be shown in
the results provided your site is properly optimized and indexed.

If you use this method and average a mere 10 visitors per day,
that's 3650 targeted visitors per year. Assuming these visitors
are searching on a term that you'd have to pay $1 for at the
pay-per-click search engines, and that the domain name and a full
year of hosting cost you $25, you've just saved ($3650 - $25 =
$3625). I do get my domain names and hosting that cheaply :-)

Imagine having a dozen domains each targeting a different
keywords, and I'm sure you'll understand why I personally love
this traffic generation method so much.

2) Offering a free gift to get the visitor to your site and then
requiring them to join your mailing list before they can access
the gift. After they opt-in, you give them the gift but also tell
them about some other product that you want to call their
attention to.

I find this method very effective when posted on social
networking sites, or even run as ezine solo ads.

Done properly you not only generate traffic, but by building a
list, you also build-in a way to call them back to your site
periodically.

3. Buying links from other sites. In many niches, there are
webmasters who haven't figured out how to monetize their sites
yet. You can approach them offering to pay for a prominently
displayed link pointing back to your site, and many will sell you
these links very inexpensively.

You do need to shop around, and since there is a rumor that the
major search engines MAY frown upon this practice, I do it in a
way that it's not so obvious.

4) Funnel traffic via "mini-nets." In a mini-net, you have one
main site that you really want to funnel traffic to. That's
often referred to as your "money site." You build other sites
on domains that you purchase, web 2.0 sites, and what are often
referred to as "parasite sites." These are sites offered by
companies that will give you free hosting on their network.

You have links from most of the domains that you purchased, the
web 2.0 sites, and the parasite sites, all pointing to your money
site. Some people build a network of sites pointing to their
peripheral sites. The idea there is that if you can get the
peripheral sites to rank higher in the search engines they will
command more respect and boost the ranking of your money site
too.

There are many complex linking patterns that you can use - as
many as there are people who consider themselves experts on the
topic. I personally keep things as simple as possible, and often
rely upon the experience and expertise of webmasters that I often
outsource the mind-numbing, tedious tasks to.

5) Build backlinks and RSS feeds by bookmarking. Many of my
WordPress blogs are configured so that every post is bookmarked.
I also use software to bookmark every page on some of my content
sites and mini-sites. This both pushes them up in the search
engines, and places links that highly-qualified visitors can
follow back to my sites from all over cyber-space.

There are many other techniques that I use to generate an
absolute flood of traffic to my websites and those of my clients.
I'll share more in future articles.

Marketing Tip: Connecting With Your Target Market
Copyright (c) 2010 Marty Bradfield
Multiple Traffic Streams Report
http://thephantomwriters.com/ebooks/multiple-traffic-streams.html

There are four types of people in the world... There are dog
people and cat people... And, there are people who would own
neither and people who own both...

My wife and I have always been dog people... Our neighbor is a
cat person...

My wife is fond of saying that the only good cat is a dead cat...
My neighbor has threatened on dozens of occasions to kill our
dog, if our dog did not stop barking at his cat... Our neighbor
despises our dog, because our dog barks at his cat, and his cat
walks by our yard as in fear for his life...

All you have to do is to holler real loud, when you see the cat
trying to sneak by our house... If you do it just right, the cat
will jump out of its skin, before setting the new land speed
record for a feline... LOL... My wife is so mean...

Putting my child-like amusement to the side, there is actually a
business lesson in this story...

Who Is The Real Target Market For Your Business?

I am forever amazed at the responses I get, when I ask online
marketers who is in their target market...

Everyone? Really?

You would be wasting your breath trying to get my wife to like
cats, and you would be equally frustrated trying to convince my
neighbor of the value of dogs in this world... Both are dead-set
in their ways, and you will not change their minds...

Try selling your kitty scratch pad to my wife...

Try selling your dog bones to my neighbor...

You could spend ten million dollars and a lifetime trying to
convince my wife that cats are awesome and she should buy your
cat toys, OR you could call my neighbor and get his business for
the price of a phone call...

Honestly, which approach makes more sense?

We Must Advertise To The Right People

If you have been trying to operate a business online for any
length of time, you will have realized by now that you must
advertise and there is always a cost for adverising -- a cost
that can be measured in either time or money...

We all have to spend time or money to attract an audience to our
website, so that we can make the pitch for our products or
services...

Given the high cost of advertising -- free or paid, it makes
sense that we should try to talk directly to those people who are
most likely to buy what we are selling, doesn't it?

This is why it is so important for us to properly identify our
real target market...

If you deliver your pet-product advertising to people who refuse
to own a dog or cat, then you are wasting your limited time or
financial resources trying to sell your stuff to people who would
never buy your goods...

Think about selling ice water to an Eskimo... Then realize that
the guy in the desert is parched for a drink, and he might pay
ten times the going rate to buy your ice water...

If you are talking to the wrong people, your advertising will
produce few sales, and therefore, your advertising will be very
expensive...

On the other hand, if you are talking to the right people with
your advertising, you will be able to sell more stuff to more
people, thereby reducing your overall cost of advertising...

When your advertising consistently pays for itself, you will find
it a no-brainer option to keep advertising...

You will find that by taking your advertising resources and
messages to the right audience, you will be able to consistently
produce profitable results for your business...

Tracking Down Your Target Audience

I have often found that forums are an excellent tool for finding
new ways to reach my target audiences...

Contrary to what you may have taught by other marketers, I don't
seek out niche consumer forums so that I can drop links in my
signature file... That could be a real waste of time, since most
consumer-oriented forums do not allow signature files...

Whatever the product or service, I seek out consumer forums for
the niche to do research... I want to learn about the people who
are in my target market...

I have found that the consumer forums in any niche can teach me
three important lessons about reaching my target audiences:

1. I can find forums where I might be able to advertise on-site;

2. I find other websites that my target audience finds useful,
where I might be able to buy advertising; and

3. I find the questions that people in my target audience are
asking -- questions that I could possibly answer in the form of
an article for my website or a syndicated article.

I know you have heard it before, but I will reiterate the point
here... Google is your best friend...

Since I have been talking about dogs and cats in this article, I
wanted to emphasize the usefulness of forums with examples...

In my first search, I plugged in the words "dog forum" into
Google... The first result was http://www.dogforums.com/

With more than 68,000 threads and 800,000 posts related to dogs,
I am certain I would have no problem finding other dog-related
websites and topics for articles that would be of interest to
readers in that niche...

In my second search, I queried Google for "cats forum" and
found http://www.catforum.com/

It contains 67,000 threads and nearly 700,000 posts... Once
again, it will not be hard to find related websites where I might
be able to advertise, and I will have no problem uncovering
questions that my target audience is already asking, so that I
can construct articles for my website or syndicated articles that
will directly address the needs of the people in my target
audience...

In Conclusion...

I have come to realize that for as long as my wife and I continue
to live where we do and my neighbor continues to live where he
does, my wife and my neighbor will always be tweaking each other
over our dog and his cat...

The only way for that battle to end is for one of us to move out
of the neighborhood... LOL

As a business owner, you must understand that your target market
can never be described as everyone on the planet... It is
important for you to do your research, to better understand who
your real target audience is, so that you can more easily
understand how to get your advertising message to them
directly...

Once you understand who is in your target market and how you can
reach them with your advertising, you will find yourself on the
road to real success...

The ANSI Standard - Operation and Maintenance

OSHA regulations set out where eyewash stations should be and
when they are required; they do not provide operating
requirements. However, some state-level health and safety
regulations specifically incorporate the ANSI standard and so
make the provisions of the standard a regulatory requirement.

Operation

The ANSI standard for emergency eyewash stations include:

  * The eyewash equipment should be located in an area that
requires no more than 10 seconds-while walking-to reach the
station and on the same level (floor) as the area where the
hazardous chemicals are handled. (Note: For particularly harsh
acids or caustics, it is prudent to locate the station even
closer to the area where these chemicals are used. Also, if you
have multiple areas in your facility where corrosive substances
are handled, you will need to ensure that the travel distance is
less than 10 seconds from each area. If not, you will need to
utilize multiple stations.)

  * The eyewash nozzles need to be positioned between 33 and 45
inches from the floor and 6 inches from the wall or nearest
obstruction. (Eyewashes are used while someone is bent over,
hence, the ANSI height and head space requirement. One of the
best ways to be sure that you are providing sufficient space for
someone to use an eyewash is to do a "dry test run" by actually
over it and putting your eyes near the nozzles. Also, make sure
that there is sufficient room to the sides and the front of the
eyewash to ensure that use of the eyewash is not impeded.)

  * Portable (sometimes called "self-contained" or "gravity
feed") eyewashes should deliver a minimum flow of 0.4 gallons
per minute (gpm) and hard-piped eyewashes should provide 3 gpm,
both for a continuous period of at least 15 minutes. (Remember
that the pressure of the water coming out of the eyewash nozzle
needs to be correct-not too high, which may injure someone's
eyes, and not too low, which may cause the nozzles to simply
dribble water out rather than provide a stream that will flush
someone's eyes.).

  * Eyewashes need to activate immediately (within 1 second or
less), have a stay-open valve to allow for hands-free operation,
and flush both eyes simultaneously.

  * Eyewash flushing nozzles should be protected (i.e., capped or
covered) from airborne contaminants. (Airborne contaminants
include dust and bacteria. When someone's eyes have been
injured, the last thing you want to do is douse them with dirt
and bacteria!)

  * Water to the eyewash should be potable (i.e., drinkable) and
water temperature should be moderate (60-80oF).

  * Adequate floor drainage or water collection must be provided
for hard-piped emergency eyewash stations to prevent floor
slip/fall hazard during testing or emergency use.

  * The eyewash is to be located in an area that is well-lit and
identified with a sign.

Maintenance and Training

  * Plumbed eyewash stations should be activated weekly to ensure
that they work properly. Weekly activation not only verifies that
the unit works properly but also prevents the buildup of rust,
sediment, and other contaminants in the water in the piping to
the eyewash. Gravity-feed units do not have to be activated
weekly-but do need to be maintained according to the
manufacturer's instructions.

  * Eyewash stations should be maintained in a clean, sanitary
condition (Generally, this can be done simply by wiping the
eyewash with a clean, damp cloth. Cleaning the eyewash with
polishes, detergents, or other cleaners can leave a residue that
can end up in a user's eyes.).

  * Access to the eyewash should be maintained clear from
obstruction.

  * All eyewash equipment should be inspected annually to make
sure it meets ANSI requirements.

  * All employees who might be exposed to a chemical splash should
be trained in the location and use of the equipment. (When an eye
injury occurs as the result of a chemical splash, time is of the
essence-the longer the chemical remains on the eye, the greater
the damage done to the eye-knowing where the eyewash is and how
to properly use it in an emergency can mean the difference
between a minor eye injury and blindness.)
