Re: Games and Dragon Naturally speaking

Hi,

Sorry for the delay, I thought I had sent this out and realised
today that I had not.

I need to tell you that Dragon Naturally SPeaking has just come out
with version 8. I would look into this and see if this will help.
The name of the company is scansoft and they had communities that
you would post a question like this onto.

Below are some ways I would look at this issue:

Ways to look into finding

1. Abledata

Abledata.com

This is a database of adaptive equipment and they may have something
you can look into with the games

2. Call the company and find out if they know of any
adaptations –Tech Support. Try and encourage them to look into
this. You may find someone who is eager to try something new.

3. Contact Scansoft the DNS designer

Scansoft.com

4. See if any Universities in the area have student projects
that would help with this project. Mechanical and Electrical /
computer student engineers are interested in these kind of
projects. They have to do end of year projects and this could be
one of them.

5. Specific Answers ( found from the website cited below)
Enabling Devices , www.enablingdevices.com, recently unveiled a new
product for the portable gamer. The Game Boy ® Adapter allows you
to play your Game Boy Advance SP using switches. The nice thing
about this device is it is available "off the shelf." It does not
require the user to make modifications to the Game Boy and, hence,
does not affect the Game Boy manufacturer's warranty.

6. XBOX Customer Service

SOrry again for the delay and please share with us what happened.

Thanks

Lorraine
