The Listserv is designed to exchange ideas and network with fellow HR professionals and recruiters. The topic of the list is recruiting and Internet recruiting issues. Lets keep all posts to the topic at hand.From time to time we feel a sense of community here and want to send a non recruiting related post. If an item is Non Recruiting Related put NRR in the subject line. If too many posts are NRR it will be banned. If you need online friends or what to exchange jokes or recipes...join a different list :) (Ok..one small exception FF is Friday Funny. We allow for a funny joke or 2 on Friday. OFFENSIVE OR RACIAL JOKES WILL RESULT IN A PERMANENT BAN...try to keep the jokes to recruiting or HR. We all need a good laugh once in a while.)
