This is a "Community-Based" advice, referral and service group that assist unemployed or underemployed persons to develop new skills and creative ideas and put them into motion. Through this "Self-Help" Consultants Group, members will have the opportunity to share values, cultures, ideas, experience and alternative plans to their "dead-end" thinking of barriers that have kept them unemployed to date.

The dilemma of this thinking will continue to occupy one's mind like torpedoes until the individual is willing to change this mindset and the body language that reflects upon this destructive mindset that develops a negative attitude.

Through the Group's brain storming of ideas, internet search, and inventories of experience and transferable skills, one only can say that this group could achieve its main objective- earning money. How?

This can be happened if the group acts in a consulting capacity and approach private, public, and non-profit sectors with "unsolicited proposals" that will help them to achieve the organization's aims, objectives, and outcomes.

This pitch for the implementation of new "pilot projects" will assist the target institution to secure public and private funding for projects that have economical, social and community values which built upon human spirit and touch. Another meaningful purpose is to engage each member in a positive thinking that can only be drawn from spiritual uplifting that can be easily achieved and maintained through different relaxation techniques and strategies that can be gained through meditations, yoga, and prayers that can bring members of the disadvantaged group one step closer to the creator.

Throughout the healing process from the psychological and emotional scars that caused by chronicle illness of unemployment or underemployment, only then one can think clearer to enable him/her to provide professional advice and meaningful referrals to others who will benefit out of their consistent efforts
