Welcome to the Shephard Family Enterprise group site and informational center. The Shephard Family Enterprise is a black owned and operated organization that is dedicated to the well-being, development, strengthening and mental conditioning, of our black men and women within the inner city and surrounding communities.

We have established a network of black owned businesses who are dedicated in supporting and working together, by training, conditioning, and guiding young adults to prepare themselves for the explosion of opportunities that we will be creating by establishing a strong new black owned corporation. The Shephard Family Enterprise is recruiting black business leaders educated by black colleges who have dedicated themselves to return to the black community with their knowledge in preparation to train other black youths to be future leaders through our efforts.
