We are looking for young and entrepreneurial product managers to play

leadership roles and become the driving force of ibibo in re-defining

online entertainment and talent discovery.



As a product leader you will grow existing products as well as develop

new ideas by continuously evaluating market needs. You will be

responsible for user acquisition, engagement, retention and

profitability of your product line. You must posses a unique blend of

business and technical savvy, a big-picture vision and the drive to

execute thoroughly on that vision. You must enjoy interacting with users

and have a thirst to analyze data to understand user behavior and use

the insights to continuously improve the product offering.



You must have good communication and interpersonal skills and work with

your engineering counterparts explaining them the product vision and

defining product release requirements. You will work with other product

teams and identify opportunities of integration, cross-sell and up-sell.

You will also work with marketing and sales teams to define the

go-to-market strategy and new product offerings. As a product leader you

will also serve as the internal and external evangelist for your product

line.



You must have a solutions driven approach and have the ability to change

and iterate fast.



You should have a very good understanding of internet business and

trends and must be a savvy internet user.



Key Responsibilities:

-       Manage and execute the product line end to end from

conceptualization to go-to-market.

-       Do market research to understand needs and competition.

-       Define product requirements and work with engineering team to

execute.

-       Analyze data to understand usage and improve the product line.

-       Work with other products, marketing and sales teams.

-       Evangelize the product line and interact with users to

understand their needs.



Requirements:

-       3-7 years of experience

-       Work experience in consumer product management / web based

product engineering

-       Knowledge of technology – Internet technology knowledge is a

strong plus

-       Experience is leading / managing teams

-       Entrepreneurship experience is a strong plus
