including myself and/or other investors.  The terms are negotiable.
I mainly purchase hotels and motels with owner financing that have a
good upside potential.  These properties only require a minimal cash
outlay to "get in" and are usually only operating at a fraction of
their capacity - so there is a great opportunity for improvement and
substantial profit to be gained.  I also offer a residentail program
(a lower scale) which is a great way to "get your feet wet" and
experience first-hand the great returns I am talking about - on a
much shorter term (avg. invest. period = 3.5 months).  Once you have
gained confidence/trust in investing in opportunities I present to
you, there is no limit to what we can accomplish!  Most of the
properties I purchase are located in FL - but I also have a lot of
interest in CA and TX as well.

If you'd rather a long-term investment.  I would be willing to make
you a 25% Equity Partner in the property, and share 30% (30/70 split)
of the net cash flow with you, for as long as we own the property.
Terms are negotiable.

I also have many Hotels, Motels, Resorts with Owner Financing & Low
Down Payments available - not to mention a limited selection of
~Triple Net~ (NNN) properties (mangement-free leased properties that
produce high income, but are currently in extremely high demand) and
other Commercial and Income producing properties available for sale
as well.  Just tell me what you're looking for.  My national network
of investors has hundreds of properties for sale in every state of
the USA.

Also, if you are selling any type of investment property, make sure
you complete a 1031 to defer your capital gains taxes.  This will
save you tens of thousands of dollars in taxes, if not more.  If you

have any advantage over the Pap test?

MCDG: The advantages would be significant. Eventually the complete
system would be a system that we believe should be incorporated not
just in the laboratories, where currently physicians are sending
their pap smears, but this could be a point of care system where the
entire one step process could be at a physicians office. Many OBGYNs
practice in large group practices, so that a woman could come in,
and just think of the possibilities of what could happen with the
Molecular system. Where a woman comes in for her annual physical
examination and her gynecological examination, she has her cervical
cancer screen, it is read right in the doctor's office at that time.
If it's negative, the woman has the peace of mind of knowing that
her examination was negative and doesn't have to wait the two to
three weeks that traditionally she waits now to hear back from her
doctor. If there was an abnormality that was observed, instead of
calling her up in two or three weeks, scheduling another
appointment, bringing her back in for what we call a coloposcopy, an
examination of that area and a biopsy, it could be done right at
that office visit. So there's a huge advantage in terms of time,
money, patients mental health and well-being and that her issues are
answered essentially right there at the same visit.

Dear Group,

I source finance for various companies and I have one at present
that will provide a very high, alas short term return to any
investors.

The company has made a rather large deal with its bank who is
providing it with 20% interest per quarter if they invest a constant
amount each month through their system.  The company will be finding
this very difficult over the first quarter so to assure the deal
progreses they will give a loan note – for tax reasons – for the
full 20% for the first quarter ( less for small investors under
$50,000USD).

The firm is based offshore (it deals in property development and
acquisition in the Caribbean mainly) so the interest payment would
be paid tax free – then ideally, if you are interested in a longer
term joint deal – I'd be interested in renegotiating, however it
would be for a much lower amount - probably around 8% per quarter.

The company itself invests mainly in property, so on top of the bank
guarantee they would also provide property assets as security.
