SMART, the Secondary Materials and Recycled Textile Assocation, is a dynamic non-profit international association which seeks to strengthen the economic opportunities of its diverse members. It promotes the interdependence of all its industry segments by providing a common forum for networking, education, and trade. This group provides a forum for both the buyer and seller.

Since 1932 this organization has represented the wiping materials, recycled clothing and fiber industries.
In an ongoing effort to upgrade and improve SMART Trader, the association asks members to refrain from listing prices and, as always, abide by SMART’s anti-trust policy.
