numbers in joint-ventures, mergers, and acquisitions.

their products are transferred to new production sites.
* Capacity issues are forcing companies to expand the manufacturing of
products to new sites, facilities and contract manufacturers.
* Research-based companies set-up collaborations with technology
companies or academic groups.
