Prop valves can be mounted in any position so I am pretty sure it was a packaging issue. If I remember correctly most vehicles left without adj. knobs

That makes sense. Per the SSBC specs it can offer only a 30% reduction in force. Wasthe knob down mounting a manufactures requirement or convenience? Kenneth
