Be sure your big red is up also check to see if you have a temp sensor. when it beeps what color is the led on the charger? and is the tone high low high low...

Actually it does sound good. If you let the charger equalize, the e-meter would probably get up to 212V, and then the LED would go to yellow and then green....

This sounds good. At least you are not experiencing thermal-runaway. Try to read the Ah by pushing "SEL" on E-meter. If it reads less than +1Ah, plug it back...
