Welcome to the Starbucks Network!

The Starbucks Network comprises of Minneapolis/St. Paul based Senior Sales and Marketing professionals
in transition and an extensive membership of alumni who continue to support the group. Initially, a small
group met regularly weekly at a Starbucks Coffee Shop to discuss their job searches, hence the name, Starbucks Network.
The group expanded and was formalized by the founder, Holly Knox. Holly acts as board moderator, and is now actively
employed. In her absence, others have volunteered to lead the group. Leadership changes as individuals gain employment.

Membership in the Starbucks Network is free and includes weekly meetings plus access to this valuable web site
which includes a database of current members and alumni, their past and present employers, and contact information.
Each member (current active job/career seekers and those who have found employment) commits to a "Pay forward"
attitude, openly willing to assist other members. Often currently employed members will forward opportunities
within their organization prior to the posting of such on public sites.

Also on the site is information regarding career transition, job search techniques, resumes, recruiters.

Due to the limitations of our meeting space and our ability to effectively manage member information, there is a
waiting list and new members join after the “graduation” of current members who leave open slots.
