The Starbucks Network was founded to provide Senior Sales and Marketing professionals, who are in career transition, a forum to share and expand their professional networks; exchange real time job leads; inform each other about best practices; share market knowledge and to offer each other support. Starbucks is a networking group. Starbucks is not an outplacement service provider.
Starbucks was founded with the philosophy that all members, active job seekers and alumni, must be openly willing to assist other members in their job search. As a member of Starbucks you commit to “Pay It Forward” and to “Give more than you receive”.
Membership in the Starbucks Network is free but gained only through sponsorship by a current active member or alumnus!
As a member you are given many opportunities to share and expand your network - at our weekly meeting, at various social events with Starbucks alumni and at other preplanned events with other networking groups in the greater Twin Cities area. Access to this web site and the database of current members and alumni is given to new members only when they have been admitted to the group.
Due to meeting space limitations there is a waiting list. New members are admitted when a current active member “graduates” or when an active member withdraws for personal reasons. Returning alumni are always welcome.
