Yes the Seaga comes with the tubular or round locks. Was the one in Sam's on the ground or up on a rack? Lindel ... it!...

up on th rack with other vending equipment like coke machine,snack,coin changers ect. i'm glad it comes with tubular that makes me sleep better at night.LOL ...
