Service.

Everyone who supplies data for this survey will receive a
complimentary copy of the summary report in an upcoming issue of
Softletter. Of course, all responses will be strictly confidential. We
won't disclose or identify data about any individuals or about
participating companies. Also note that we will be sending the summary
results via E-mail; if you provide us with a non-working address you
won't receive them. We're sorry, we don't have the time to deal with
whitelist verification and suggest you add softgram@... and
rickchapman@... to your approved recipients lists to ensure
you receive the survey results.

This survey uses conditional branching, so if a marketing category is
not relevant to you, simply answer "No" when the survey asks you if
you conduct a particular form of marketing and you'll be taken to the
next category. As always, all survey participants will receive a free
copy of the complete summary results in a future issue of Softletter.
We anticipate the results from the survey will be published in the
November and December issues.

Of interest to SaaS firms is that Rick Chapman will be presenting
preliminary results from the survey at Softletter's upcoming SaaS
conference in San Francisco, Oct 14-16.

Again, the survey is up at:
