As a South African I do not use odesk anymore as I had a lot of people who what’s you to work 3-4 hours for 20 dollars or so, the pricing is very low as you get people who will do a whole day job for nothing and then they tell me that I am arrogant for asking so “mutch”. Odesk end other similar platforms are for people who want the job done for less than minimum pay.

My experience with job boards (like odesk) hasn't been very good when it comes to price, to the extent that I no longer use them unless I'm desperate for work. I'd be curious as to what TAVASA members think of odesk.
