Taxonomy Jobs is for the posting of jobs in the field of information taxonomy (taxonomists, information architect-taxonomists, thesaurus editors, ontologists, controlled vocabulary editors, knowledge engineers, metadata librarians, etc.), both full-time and contract. These taxonomies are for indexing, search, retrieval, knowledge management, content management, digital asset management, metadata architecture, information architecture, etc.

Job posts are only those sent directly to the moderator. The moderator does not pro-actively search for jobs to post. Thus, postings do not cover all current taxonomy jobs, but, on the other hand, include jobs that may not appear on any job board sites.
