I've been on the job for ten months, so consider me a Grade 02 business agent.  I'm not afraid to show my naivete and inexperience to anyone on this bulletin board.  I WAS WRONG and am willing to admit it.  Brother Barria Jackson was exactly right, I discovered today that postings for manpower are limited to only business managers and agents. 
 
Maybe the UA can come up with a system that all members can view, but at this time it's NOT IN MY CONTROL. 
 
If  you are a certified UA welder and willing to travel on your own dime, call me at (314) 799-4669 and I will steer you to a local that is hiring.  Better yet, call me anyway because I'd like to talk to you.  Call at any reasonable hour and I guarantee I'll answer my phone.
