Communist China, 1995--- the dawn of capitalism.

The Hong Kong based guide talked about the free enterprise zones, building
projects, golf courses, and roads with a chest full of pride and visible
excitement. Capitalism was everywhere along the tour route, and judging from the
advertisements on billboards and posters, the world was coming to China!

But although the government was embracing "for-profit" business for the first
time, the train-ride out of the country evidenced the abject poverty of what
would become a willing and able workforce. Another communist built wall was
falling; another socialist society was moving closer to "The Force".

Today, in the very birthplace of capitalism, an entrenched, arrogant, and
incompetent congress equates greedy executives with the demise of capitalism
while the economic force field it demeans catapults third world nations onto the
leader board of global economic growth potential. Capitalism dead? Hardly.

As congressional fat cats lament the corruption of governments throughout the
world, they line their pockets with favors from powerful lobbyists on Wall
Street, within drug companies and insurers, and seek the bed of every
conceivable public and private special interest group, ad nauseum.

Isn't "lobbying" a euphemism for "corrupting"? Isn't our government as corrupt
as any of those that we so pompously criticize? Aren't all business taxes passed
on to consumers?

The failure of the grandiose Health Care Reform movement, or its transformation
into a "we'll just let the taxpayers continue to bite the bullet for spiraling
costs" welfare program is a glaring example. Our eloquent President has changed
his tag line from delivery system cost containment to "what the heck, we'll just
change the definition of insurance and move on".

They just don't get it --- do you? Chinese and Indian economies are glowing
because their businesses are growing. Emerging markets emerge through
capitalism. Why? Because their governments nurture the job providors.

Here, we cut our entrepreneurs off at the knees and expect them to be globally
competitive. We tax and abuse our creative best, allow power mongers to control
the reins of government, and encourage our citizenry to ask: "what can my
country do for me?" Career politicians who can't remember their last private
paycheck are voting American capitalism comatose.

Just as surely as major corporations breed corruption and greed in the executive
suite, they also provide jobs, health insurance, and pension benefits to
millions. Blaming capitalism is an easy non-answer to many questions--- isn't it
clear that greed is a result and not a cause?

If it's shareholder protection we want, lets empower regulatory bodies to insure
it. Require shareholder advocates on boards of publicly traded companies, for
example. Yes Madam Speaker, 401(k) investors and taxpayers are shareholders too,
and they bleed directly and indirectly when congress kills companies.

What taxpayers want from their government is preventative action instead of
post-disaster bailouts and blame deflection rhetoric.

There's no mystery why sub-prime mortgages were allowed to run wild, or any
doubt that derivative creators were encouraged to slither around the regulators
with their too-complicated-to-understand-so-just-trust-me time bombs. Yet the
financial product creativity factory continues to flourish.

Similarly, the financial "Weekend at Bernie's" debacle was a regulatory blunder,
a mirror image of Social Security funding, but definitely not evidence of
problems with capitalism.

If we want to cut health care costs, nearly 90% of my survey respondents listed
tort reform as an essential ingredient in any package--- clearly not a topic
that a lawyer-laden legislature would have an interest in considering. Talk
about entrenched lobbyists!

Fear of frivolous legal action (and absurd jury awards) boosts costs for all
businesses, all professionals, and all consumers. We need laws that prevent
abuse of the system and which demand that people take responsibility for their
own bad decisions and clumsy errors.

We need fresh new independent politicians who want to make things better for
people, not for Republicans or Democrats, liberals or conservatives. You can't
get meaningful change from career politicians who pander for votes with every
decision opportunity.

Class warfare politics is America's shame. The majority of Americans want the
opportunity to succeed at something, to become rich and famous, even. We don't
want free; we want affordable. We want to be in control of our own destinies. We
want jobs, world-class education, and healthcare that doesn't have to look over
its shoulder for ambulance chasers.

Instead of the popular congressional "we can't cut business income taxes,
because that will benefit the rich", let's try "we have to use tax policy to
encourage businesses to increase in the full-time, permanent employee,
population, because that will benefit America.

For every 1% an employer increases permanent staff, it gets a 5% Federal, State,
and Local income tax credit. For every year a more than 20% staff increase is
maintained, all other taxes, levies, fees, charges, and miscellaneous
assessments are decreased by 10%.

Audit the calculations and have strict penalties for those who become too
creative; fine attorneys and accountants double who help businesses circumvent
the spirit of the law. Keep the tax benefits out of CEO mansions.

Within a few years, the new, no-party, independent congress will be
no-business-taxes-ever proponents and will be able to move on to a Flat-Fair
personal income tax combination and a national pension plan that replaces the
Social Security Ponzi scheme.

The cost of hiring and providing for new employees has made it a decision of
last resort for most of us--- the nostrils are just not wide enough. If we want
more jobs, we need to encourage employers to hire additional workers.

Jobs, Permanent Jobs, Millions Of 'Em--- Make it so.

Report consisting of the "Summary" and "Recommendations".

SUMMARY

"The Windflower Project owned by Cayenne Gold Mines Ltd. consists of 14
contiguous Crown Granted Mineral Claims located in the Kootenay District of
British Columbia.

The gold bearing quartz vein systems, the target of exploration on the property,
appear to be structurally related to major shear zones, which strike
northwesterly across the property. Quartz veining varies from a few centimeters
to 6 meters in width. The quartz veins appear to be associated with the regional
fault structures. The quartz veins carry siderite, pyrite and associated gold
mineralization. The quartz veins appear almost as stockworks in some areas.

In 1903/04 production from the Goldfinch claim was 1,316 tonnes grading 15.9
grams gold/tonne and 4.3 grams silver/tonne. From 1985 to 1990. Granges
Exploration Ltd. performed an extensive exploration program. Work consisted of
geochemical, magnetometer and electromagnetic surveys, 209 surface & underground
diamond drill holes, and 1206 meters of underground development.

The Dorothy (Main) and Dorothy North Zone have a Measured Mineral Resource of
142,600 tonnes at 6.2 grams/tonne gold. The East Zone has an Indicated Mineral
Resource of 46,400 tonnes at a grade of 12.8 grams/tonne gold. The ore zones are
steeply dipping and have a good mining width averaging over 3 meters.

Very little underground development is required to start mining the Dorothy
(Main) Zone. The East Zones and Dorothy North Zone are in close proximity to the
existing underground workings. With the additional 10 surface diamond drill
holes drilled in the Dorothy North Zone in 1989/90, the Dorothy North Zone now
has 6 ore grade drill intersections with good widths. The 1989/90 drilling was
done after the Measured Mineral Resources were calculated. This drilling will
add to the existing Measured Mineral Resources. Also, the Dorothy North Zone is
still open at depth to the North.

The West, Goldfinch, and Menhinick Creek Zones are also good exploration targets
that could add to the mineral resources. There is also a good chance of
additional vein and possible stockwork exploration targets being found on the
Windflower Project.

Gold recoveries greater than 90% can be expected using cyanidation or
cyanidation of a bulk flotation concentrate.

With the carbonate minerals present the risk of acid mine drainage is low. Water
samples analyzed from the historic workings and decline were in the pH range of
7.2 to 7.5. Existing reclamation work required on the Windflower Project is
minimal. Road access to the Windflower property is good. Proximity to the
nearest population center is only 1 1/2 hours by road.

With the current price of gold at $560 US/oz(1) and climbing, the wide mining
widths of the ore zones, existing underground development, and good exploration
potential, the Windflower Project is an advanced exploration project.

The Phase 1 work program in the qualified person's opinions will cost
approximately $250,000. The work will consist mainly of site rehabilitation,
relogging of diamond drill core, dewatering the underground workings and
reviewing the geology to formulate an advanced exploration program. Contingent
on positive results from Phase 1, Phase 2 would include an advanced exploration
program to expand the existing mineral resources, and the mining of a test stope
to confirm grade and mining conditions."

On the expectation of positive results from Phase 1, Phase 2 would include an
advanced exploration program to expand the mineral resources and the mining of a

While the Report refers to the price of gold as $560 (U.S.) per ounce, the price
has increased to an excess of $1,100 (U.S.) per ounce. As a result, the
expectation for profits is greatly increased. It appears as though the
Windflower property has approx. 30,000 oz. of proven gold mineralization which
at present values would generate $33,000,000 subject to extraction costs.

It appears as though the Windflower property has great potential for realization
of increased mineralization which has yet to be tapped.
Negotiations are being held to obtain financing for this project.

AVOE management – WE LIKE THE UPSIDE – It is just a matter of time before we

PSC has been behind AVOE since the company listed this summer.  The stock has
done well since listing and has moved from .10 to a high of $2.46.

The stock is churning in a channel of .70 to .80.  We need a solid break of
$1.00 to start the leg up to a new high.

We like AVOE as our PLATINUM PICK.  The fundamentals are solid and they do
nothing but improve as you can see with each press release.

PSC held two meetings with AVOE this week to get a handle on the upside and this
is what we found:

The Company has three major goals:

Goal 1: The Company currently has a roster of properties that as they are worked
over and put back into production will net the company around 200 barrels per
day.  At this point, the Company would be netting around $420,000 per month. 
This would make the Company self-sufficient and allow it to start self financing
to a certain extent.  To achieve this, the Company has raised $1,500,000 through
the President’s hedge fund contacts.  In addition, the Company has also
utilized the market in the past few months to slowly put these wells back on
production and has raised some of the needed funds through this manner.  With
$1,500,000 in financing, the Company will be able to produce at least 200
barrels per month from its shallow wells.  This will provide a 3-4 month payback
on the financing (industry standard is a 2-3 year payback).

Goal 2: Next, the Company wants to raise funds to start producing from the
deeper zones on the Arkansas play.  These zones will produce around 100 barrels
per day at the Rodessa Formation, and when applied to the six wells the
geologist has identified, representing around $15M per year in revenue.  The
cost of drilling to these deeper zones is approximately $500,000 per well.  The
Company would need to raise $3,000,000 to drill these six wells to the deeper
zones.  The Company may drill one at a time, thereby partially self-financing
the drilling.

Goal 3: The Company’s ultimate goal with the JV in Louisiana is to not only
have the prestige of being the partner of a major on the NYSE, but since that
company has such vast leases in Louisiana, Avro is excited to replicate on land
what Shell and Anadarko have been doing in the Gulf of Mexico, which is doing 3D
seismic below the Salt Formation and drilling below the Salt Formation.  As
Anadarko and Shell have discovered, the oil fields below the Salt Formation are
enormous, and are producing 4100 barrels per day per well.

Upon reaching goal number 3 the Company would either be bought out by a major or
more likely by the Houston based partner.

EMC to acquire e-discovery vendor Kazeon

The deal is valued at an estimated $75 million

IDG News Service - EMC on Tuesday said it will buy Kazeon Systems, a company
that develops products

for collecting and analyzing electronic information for legal discovery.

Kazeon sells an appliance used by law firms and corporate legal departments to
identify and process electronic data from laptops, desktops, content management
systems and e-mail archives as well as software such as Microsoft's Sharepoint
and Lotus Domino. The technology complies with the Electronic Discovery
Reference Model used by legal entities and IT staff, the companies said. They
did not disclose terms of the deal, which is expected to close by the end of
September.

Kazeon's technology will become part of EMC's SourceOne family of products for
eDiscovery, archiving and compliance. Users of the product can do early
assessments to help determine the merits of a case.

They can also use it to classify information and then take action such as
deleting documents or migrating them to storage systems. Legal, regulatory and
governance requirements will continue to become more stringent and expensive, so

an in-house method for information governance and discovery makes sense for
enterprises, EMC said in a statement. By using a tool like the one Kazeon has
developed rather than reactively gathering physical media, companies can save
money, EMC said. Once the deal closes, Kazeon will become part of EMC's Content
Management and Archiving Division.

Tuesday will announce Contact Manager Edition, an application aimed at companies
with just one or two employees.

The offering is priced at US$9 per user per month. Salesforce.com expects a
ready audience for it, said Bruce Francis, vice president of corporate strategy.

Many people, having lost their jobs during the recession, are "starting their
professional lives over" by forming new businesses, he said. "They need the
right product at the right price," Francis said.

This emerging body of entrepreneurs will see the value in having their contact
information stored in a single place and accessible through an Internet
connection, he added.

Cisco readying collaboration software

IDG News Service - Cisco Systems is developing a collaboration software platform
that will allow

enterprises to combine social networking, presence, content and transactional
applications in a single interface.

The Enterprise Collaboration Platform is scheduled to be announced in early
November and should be available in a beta-test form around that time, according
to Sheila Jordan, vice president of IT at Cisco.

The company is already using elements of it internally. The product will work
with software from other major vendors, such as Microsoft's Exchange and popular
CRM (customer relationship management) and ERP (enterprise resource planning)
packages, though only the top three or four in each category, she said.

Cisco has been building toward such a package for a few years, emphasizing the
importance of rich communication for organizational productivity. But the
package the company showed off on Tuesday, during a Cisco Telepresence live
video session with reporters, looked to be an aggressive grab for
computer-screen real estate and user mindshare.

Cisco envisions the home screen for the platform as the first thing employees
see when they start work in the morning and the place they go to find out what's
happening in their company and their business tasks.

The top of the screen might show a companywide video message from the CEO,
columns on the sides could show the status of the employee's key contacts and
links to their communities in the organization, and a lower part of the screen
could be taken up by an interface to the major applications they use. A company
could lock in some elements, such as the CEO's video message, while allowing
each

employee to personalize the rest of the page, Jordan said. The platform would
interoperate with Cisco's WebEx PC-based collaboration platform and Telepresence
high-definition videoconferencing system, as well as the e-mail and calendar
applications that most enterprises use, she said. The platform will include

a single sign-in for all the resources available through it, developed using
CA's SiteMinder technology.

Cisco is still working out some aspects of the software, such as security,

policies, and how to deal with each form of communication that would be

produced by it. For example, the platform will treat instant messages like phone
calls rather than like e-mail messages, which are considered business records.

The company also is working out how much the software will cost and what sales
channels will sell it.

The company plans to extend the software to mobile devices too, but that will
come later, Jordan said. Laurie Heltsley, director of strategic projects at
consumer products company Procter & Gamble, said the upcoming platform is
attractive because it combines many components that by themselves aren't very
exciting.

"I think it's in the integration where the power is," said Heltsley, who
participated in the Telepresence session on Tuesday. Procter & Gamble is on
Cisco's Customer Collaboration Advisory Board, made up of seven companies, which
gives feedback to Cisco on its collaboration strategy. Those companies should
have a beta version of the enterprise collaboration platform in about 60 days,
Cisco's Jordan said

PSC IS STAYING AHEAD OF THE CROWD

This past month our members have made big money by playing the bounce in some
picks as they rebounded from sell offs after big runs.  We saw this kind of
movement in AWSL, AVOE, and WDAS.  This allowed for members to average down and
or trade around their core positions.  The end results were that members made
significant money.  The rebounds were anywhere between 50% and 200%.  These are
big trading profits.  PSC will continue rebound updates on an as needed basis.

PSC is always taking steps to be first in the penny stock newsletter field.  Our
latest innovations are the SELL LIST and the PLATINUM PICK. Members have asked
us for clarifications on which stocks they just should sell as well as stocks
they should hold on to for the long term (1 year or more).  The SELL LIST and
the PLATINUM PICK are our way of fulfilling our members’ needs.

PSC always stands behind our picks and the reason we do is that the fundamentals
are strong and intact.  If those fundamentals change, we owe it to members to
advise them that they should be selling their positions in the stock.

We will revisit our picks on a weekly basis and outline to members which stock
is most fundamentally weak and what this weakness could do to the stock in the
long term. These revisions will be on-going and the stock with the most issues
will be alerted as a sell come Monday morning.

We have taken the steps to warn members in the past by calling picks like SMVI
and ZENG as sells by twitter and mailer.  These sells were obvious at the time
because of the market action but it has become apparent to us that the
management and financiers behind some penny stock companies are negligent and
greedy.

PSC is here for our members and if we feel it is better to take a haircut and
move on, we will tell you, and give you a reason why we think the stock should
be sold.  It is better to take a 10% to 50%loss and then make 1000% on the next
pick. The bottom line is that is we don’t think it will bounce, we will tell
you to sell.  We have a list right now up for review.  These companies include
BLVI, MDGC, and OPSY.

The PLATINUM PICK on the other hand will be our best long term pick.  The PSC
team is working with some companies right now to uncover our first platinum pick
for next Monday.  This will not be a trader’s stock, and it will not be a
quick in and out kind of thing.  This pick will be for members who want to too
find the next stock to rise 5000% in a year.  The stock will have amazing upside
and the company itself will be subject to stringent due diligence by the newly
hired CFAs at PSC.  The closet example to a PLATINUM PICK we have right now is
AVOE.  We are looking for situations which have the AVOE kind of upside.  As
member may know, AVOE moved from .10 to $2.46 this year and is still @ .80.  We
think the stock is going back to $2.46 or more because of the solid fundamentals
and great management.  These are the kind of qualities we are looking for in our
PLAINUM PICK.
