And my point stands - if you want to go to the Lakeshore or the downtown core from Highway 7 - 20+ stops from Union, GO Transit should be your transit mode....

Yes, but that's the main problem. GO Transit has the WORST service to York Region. With the exception of buses, York Region gets a handful of trains every day....
