Welcome to the UAW-Lear/IAC Network!

We are UAW workers who have a labor contract with the Lear Corporation or International Automotive Components. Since Lear owns 25% of IAC we have decided to keep UAW-IAC members in the Network.

We welcome all UAW members from Lear's Seating, Metals, and Electronics Divisions. We also welcome UAW Mmembers from IAC's Carpet and Interior System Divisions.

Our goal is to keep our Locals informed on issues, concerns, working conditions, safety, product launches and labor negotiations between the UAW and Lear/IAC.

We welcome all input that will benefit all UAW/Lear-IAC workers, but please no bashing of Union Officers or Locals.

Be sure to checkout our Files as we have UAW/Lear-IAC labor agreements posted here. All members please be sure to upload your agreement here as well.

Our Database has phone numbers & e-mail contact information for all Locals represented here in the UAW-Lear-IAC Network. All members make sure we have this information.

No one from Lear or IAC management will be permitted to join the Network, and will be banned if they attempt to do so.
