Summary:



Seeking a part-time recruiting consultant to handle varied responsibilities for
a manufacturing plant located near Oaks, PA.



Responsibilities:



-Sourcing resumes (posting ads, etc.)

-Phone screening candidates and providing written interview summaries

-Arranging interviews with management

-Producing status reports and Excel spreadsheets of recruiting data

-Coordinating and attending job fairs (on-site and off-site)

-Ability to work in the Oaks office approximately once per week for a few hours
(in addition to performing other work off-site)

-Other responsibilities, as necessary



The ideal candidate for this opportunity would be flexible and able to work on
an ad hoc basis. Hours are not consistent. Workload ebbs and flows with the
needs of the production line. This is an opportunity to work for world-class
