Interesting. We have SBDC in New York, and it is free. All kinds of events
and programs and counseling services. Always free, often presented by or
with entities that have expertise in the area. I was under the impression
that the program is funded by/through SBA so as to be free to small biz. If
you know anyone in NY have them check it out:
