The candidate should have the following experience:



. Prior experience as a Chief Compliance Officer at a retail firm or
introducing broker-dealer.

. Minimum of 10 years prior compliance experience at a mid to large
size broker-dealer.

. Five years must be in senior compliance management role.

. 1940 Act or investment advisory experience preferred.

. Extensive knowledge of NASD and applicable SEC Rules.

. Prior experience in a regulatory agency preferable.
