Hi Dwight,

Thanks for your work on this site. I've just had a chance to look at it
thoroughly.

Jon and I no longer index NSW Public Health Bulletin
<http://www.health.nsw.gov.au/publichealth/phb/> , so could you please
remove '(Glenda Browne and Jon Jermey)' Keeping the link to the index
itself is still useful.
