Good morning. I need some assistance or a supplier who can do some FF
cable assemblies for us. We are building the units in Malaysia, so an
Asian supplier would be ideal, but not totally necessary. The basic
application is: ( More information is available)



* Base to be FR8515 or equivalent (1 mil polyimide, 1 mil
adhesive, 0.5 oz. copper (copper is plated up to1.7mil)
* Coverlays to be FR0110 or equivalent (1 mil polyimide, 1 mil
adhesive)
* Temp Rating -40c - +85c
* Top Layer: Crosshatched Ground
* Bottom Layer: Signal

There is also a hardboard connector stiffener needed : ( 1.7mil thick)

Connectors are Molex 53647-1674



If this is something you would like to tackle or have a supplier that
might be able to build this, I would be very grateful for the feedback.
