This list is intended for the use of women employed in the legal profession focusing on litigation support or ediscovery in general. The women joining this forum can be attorneys, paralegals, litigation support professionals or anyone interested in eDiscovery.
The purpose of this listserv is to provide a forum for the exchange of ideas, thoughts, questions, and other issues with other professional women in the industry. This forum will be the cornerstone for our group to share and exchange ideas, as well as grow professionally in the industry.
There are two basic rules to our listserv policy:
1. If you are a vendor or consultant, you may not post publicly to the listserv promoting your own services or product. If there is a request on the listserv, then you should respond privately to the original poster.
2. If you are a law firm member or vendor and are making a
recommendation for another vendor, you must include your name and your law firm / company affiliation in your signature. Your e-mail address will not suffice. Any messages that come through without the necessary information will be rejected. If you are uncomfortable
publicly endorsing a vendor or service, then respond privately.
