Work4Women's Development list is a forum where educators and workforce development professionals -- who are working on behalf of women and girls -- can exchange questions on NTO-related subjects and suggest solutions; find and post events and funding opportunities; and learn about resource materials that will help women and girls obtain and remain in high-wage NTOs.

NTOs are jobs in construction, technology, telecommunications, law enforcement and other industries where women represent less than 25 percent of the workforce.

Work4Women is particularly interested in exploring women's integration in high-wage NTOs as a strategy to help low-income women and girls become economically self-sufficient.
