Work4Women Women's email list is a virtual support group for individual women training for & working in high-wage nontraditional occupations (NTOs) to pose questions on issues affecting their employment & training; to find & post job, support group & training announcements; & to share strategies on remaining & advancing in their careers.

NTOs are jobs in construction, technology, telecommunications, law enforcement & other industries where women represent less than 25 percent of the workforce.
