I decided to start this group as a result of having been a working mom in Israel myself for a number of years and finding it difficult to find gainful employment that meshed well with motherhood.

This group is for:

a) Israeli mothers who have skills to offer and are looking for work-from-home options OR are looking for part-time, or flex-time positions in a workplace outside of their homes; and

b) Israeli employers who feel they have either a work-from-home position to offer or part-time or flex-time positions outside of the home to offer.

Please bring this group to the attention of EVERYONE you know who might be in a position to hire a woman with children: your boss, the head of the HR department in the company you and/or your spouses work for, employment agencies, your friends, etc. In short, anyone who might be in a position to help. If you have any ideas as to how to get the word out about this list, please contact me!!!
