The Wrld_HR online forum is FREE and anyone interested in the field of Human Resources can join this group. Nevertheless, people in the profession of Human Resources and / or Training irrespective of the countries they belong to are preferably welcome and can become members of this group. Suggestions, ideas, comments, discussions, job postings, and positive criticism are required for moving towards better and better. This Group was developed sometime in the third week of December 2004; it will therefore take some time to be fully active in real sense. It's heartening that people from all over the world are joining as members and have started participating with interest.

The Moderator
As for his brief introduction, he is an HR professional having worked with HR depts. of various multinational organizations over a period of nearly 13 years.

He believes:
